      I just noticed on my credit card bill that Cricut has been charging me monthly for 8 months for a membership that I didn't sign up for. I just waited on hold for 45 minutes to talk to someone that said there was no way to reverse the charges for the service that I NEVER used once. l don't even use my machine. I feel like this is horrible customer service.

      Garbage software with zero backups of your work when their software crashes. It's laggy and will cost you hours and hours of lost work and frustrating with customer service. **************** How have they been in business this long? Almost a 2.5 hour wait for a CHAT session. Then made me do ridiculous trouble shooting steps to "help me retrieve files" that are stored on their software in the first place. Save your money. Use better software so you don't WASTE your time.

      If I could give 0 stars, I would. Had a machine just stop being able to read the sensor lines. Contacted customer service and was given a laundry list of troubleshooting to try, which I did and nothing worked. Ended up going to ******** to buy another explore air 2 machine because I couldn't wait,I use the machine for my small business. I started my inquiry on Feb 16th 2023 and never got anywhere, the agent just closed my ticket after I was given more troubleshooting articles and a general troublshooting response. 12 hour passed and my reply from the following morning was greeted with another ticket number. Then I literally heard nothing for 2 weeks and finally responded again which I was talking to my 3rd agent and on my 3rd ticket. She wanted me to then try troubleshooting the software, uninstalling and reinstalling the software again, and I couldn't even get the thing to calibrate. I told her my 2nd machine works fine but this older one just cannot read the lines. I tried a new mat, white copy paper, less light - you name it I tried it. She then wanted a picture of the light, which I would have provided but I was making dinner for my family and she told me it was fine that she would be there to help in the morning. Well morning came and she closed my ticket and basically said to call. So I called, did zoom, tried to troubleshoot again and show what the machine was doing, for 45 minutes. Only to be told, sorry the warranty is outdated, nothing we can do. Are you kidding me? Why was this not the FIRST thing you checked? I wasted literally 5 weeks trying to get help and this was the best they could do? I am honestly shocked that they didnt even offer to send a refurbished machine or offer to get my old machine refurbished or maybe even a small discount on a new machine, not a single thing was offered after the hoops they made me jump through.I am switching to Silhouette and turning my Cricut into a dumpster fire.

      I bought a machine from Cricut. It didnt engrave. I reached out under 14 days from buying the machine and they kept me on a loop from ***** until *****.I did troubleshooting I did everything they asked me to do. Send videos I have so many tickets. Ticket number: ******* Ticket: ******* (25 emails) *****- ***** Ticket number ******* Reached out again 08-07-22 until 10-16-22 ************ will make sure your warranty runs out so they dont have to replace it. The Solution from them 20% off a machine. I already have 3. I canceled my membership and will never put a cent into this company again. I even used their cricut brand vinyl. And it peals off after a few washes. So the products they sell are not the best. I wish I knew this before I spend $5000.00 on this company.

      Avoid business with Cricut. I wish I had checked their reviews prior to dumping money into a Maker and all the accessories. My machine had a rubber gripper that dried out and wouldn't spin nor grab my mat any longer. This faulty part rendered my machine un-usable. After calling customer care, all they offered me were 3 ******* videos to watch & fix myself which was impossible & a coupon code for me to buy a new machine.I ask...Why would I drop more $ on a faulty product? Why doesn't an established company have a customer support center for *********************** that malfunction after the 1-year warranty? Why doesn't an established company have contacts in neighboring states that can service machines? If the company produces such a faulty products, why not extend the warranty?Cricut believes that the best solution is for me to purchase another [possibly faulty] machine. Are you kidding me?

      So in November of 2022 I called about my Explorer not cutting properly. After troubleshooting ***** told me he would replace my machine.I did the video and sent it in as per his request. I then had a couple surgeries and Cricut was the furthest thing from my mine. I called today and was told the ticket had been closed but unsure why. After 2.5 hours of more troubleshooting and video chatting she could see it is not cutting correctly.I had to escalate to a supervisor and he informed me that he would not honor the replacement that I was promised. He said he could give me a $50 voucher and I said what for? To pay another machine that isnt going to work properly.I will never spend another dime with Cricut!! Horrible experience and hours of my life wasted on them!!

We appreciate your feedback - at this time, your case has been reviewed and it shows your machine was registered in December 2020, putting it too far outside of the one-year warranty that we offer. I do see you contacted us in November of 2022, which is still too far outside of that warranty for us to offer a machine replacement. Thank you for your understanding.

      . cricut red light of death on explore air 2..was supposed to send me a replacement and it has been 26 days. called them and they didnt even have a replacement sent out or idea of what happened. wont send a refund just another machine

      I tried to download the app after creating a new customer profile and was told I would receive further instructions via email but did not. Within a minute I had a phone call from Cricut customer service which became increasingly belligerent. It was after I refused to give this person access to my computer that I was told to GO TO H*** and he hung up. I felt like I had been slapped. Within seconds of this, Live Chat activated asking if they could help me. When I explained what had just happened they apologized for my experience and we compared their phone number with the number showing on my phone from the obnoxious personthey were different. They said this phone number had nothing to do with them. Again they apologized but did not offer any reason why (within SECONDS of me creating a profile) that someone was able to call me saying they were from Cricut. I was then offered a link to download the app which by this time Im totally freaked out and was sending my response of NO THANK YOU when they disconnected the Live Chat. I have blocked them from my email and would not suggest anyone have anything to do with this company.

      For the past week I have had questions about how to use my new Cricut to cut vinyl and finally decided last night to call into the Company to ask for help. The call center is supposed to be open until 8pm M-F. I called around 7:40pm and waited on hold for 20 minutes, then kept receiving a repeated message asking if I would like to leave my number so someone could call me back. Well, at that point, I knew no-one was calling me that night so I just waited until today. So today I called at 7pm and received a message saying they were closed and that regular phone support is offered M-F 9am-8pm EST. Again, it's 7pm. Shouldn't someone be answering??

      Cricut does not back up their products. I have 3 Maker machines and have spent tons of money on the Cricut site. My Cricut Maker 3 will no longer work. It will only give me a red blinking light and is 7 months out of warranty. After 4-5 calls to customer support they told me there is nothing more they can do for me except offer a 20% discount on a new machine. Like I want another one! They wont fix this one. The blinking red light is a known issue. This is not the way to treat people who depend on your machine to work and last a long time. Shame on you Cricut!
