      Its always a ****** whether my software will function correctly on my laptop. Today I called customer service and had a 30 minute estimated wait time. After 24 minutes they hung up on me. I cannot fix a JavaScript error. The problem is not on my side. So I switched to using my phone and have errors there as well. I have an iPhone 12 running version 14. This should not be a problem. Frustrated and annoyed because theres no way to use this machine without this crappy software. Do yourself a favor and buy a silhouette!

I am so sorry to hear you are having trouble with Design Space on your devices, I see we submitted the report about what is going on with your computer, but I do not see that we have many details about what is going on with your phone. I was able to attempt to contact you via email, I await a response there so we can get to the bottom of this and get you back to crafting :)

      I canceled access account when the current payment was up and they billed it anyway. The size limitations on the print and cut are ridiculous and way too small.

      I called customer service about a blade detection error. They disabled my machine before warning me and are telling me I will get a replacement in a 1-2 weeks. I am also getting emails for a request number that is not mine so somebody is missing important information. I have replied numerous times but my replies are ignored. Calling gets me put on hold and then empty promises to investigate.

      I just got a ding on my credit because of a late credit card payment. On a credit card I havent used in over a year. It was a Cricut charge of $127.07. For what they said was a subscription that I ordered. I bought something off their app in movement 2020 and my niece got sick with cancer and I havent logged on since. As a matter of fact, that machine was put in storage in December and hasnt seen the light if day since. I called them to see what the heck was happening and they said they could cancel my subscription. Well the app said I didnt have a card on file or a subscription. Turns out they had been billing me for the last two years without me knowing. They offered to give me a refund for the last payment but said I logged into their app in December or 2022. So they would have to deduct a month from the refund. I have literally NOT been on that Cricut app or used that machine since November 2020. Ive been at ********************** helping with my baby nieces health care. Im beyond disappointed by their shady business practices.

I am so sorry to hear about what is going on - I hope you and your family are getting better and you can get back to crafting soon :) I do not see that you have Cricut Access with the email ************************ there is no ************* on that email. I also do not see you contacted us with that email so I am limited on the details that I do have to help :/ If you signed up back in 2020 that is likely when your subscription started renewing, and when we started charging you. Because Cricut Access is a digital item, we entitle it to you right away meaning that refunds are not always possible - since your machine has been used since the day the Cricut Access charge was renewed, we are not able to refund the entire charge. If you believe this is a mistake, please reach out to your card carrier and they can help look into these charges as well. I hope we were able to help! Let me know if you need anything else.

      I purchased my cricut last year. I find it tricky to use through the app but that was a free platform last year. This year they are making you pay $100 for the year or $9.99 monthly just to be able to use the machine you already purchased. I'm not doing anything complicated and don't feel a $10 monthly fee just to use the machine is even slightly ethical. I have reached out to customer service with no reply. Very unhappy with this change.

You do not need to pay to use your machine, Design Space is free to use. We do offer a subscription, which does charge, but it is not required you to sign up. Please continue to work with us via email response so we can finish answering any questions you may have :)

      I called Cricut customer service today because the ********************** maker I purchased for the daycare was acting up. While on the phone I did all the trouble shooting the lady told me and after everything she told me the motor went out and then proceed to say that they could offer me $25 off a new machine when I just bought this one October 2021. $25 is not enough if I am going to have to replace their machine every year that is not okay and I am extremely upset with Cricut right now and even have my own machine at my house that I am now concerned with. This is very disappointing for my staff liked having it when they needed it. And you may be thinking oh its at a school it gets used a lot, it actually don't only two of us know how to use it and we only pull it out when absolutely necessary and it was stored in a protective case. We took very good care of it.

      About 9 hours after my purchase, we decided to go another route and submitted a request to cancel the order.One month later I am still requesting the *** to be greeted with ridiculous return responses that don't answer my question. This is insane. The customer service number also does not work. It hangs up after 1 try.

      HORRIBLE customer service. They give you malfunctioned machines and when they tell you theyll send a replacement they put you off for weeks. I will NEVER give cricut another $1. I am done with the company and their lack of integrity. If this was my company I would be embarrassed and ashamed of the customer service I give my Clientele. After all its because of us, you are a company and paying your bills. Remember that.

      If I could give 0 Stars I would! The worst customer service of my life!!!! Made an order on the ** site and cancelled within an hour because I meant to order off the ******** site on December 30. I've been going back and forth for the last 10 days trying to get a refund. And even though I got a refund confirmation on the same day as cancellation, now I'm told that I won't receive my full refund because some items were already shipped. I find that unacceptable.As a first time customer for **********************, it will probably be my last order I ever make.

      I am a serious cricut and autopress user and, unfortunately, have incorporated their use in my business.I have NEVER had so many problems with each and every facet of a product.the software, the mechanics, and not to mention the HORRIBLE customer service. The idea of this cutting machine and autopress are exciting, but that excitement quickly deteriorates into complete frustration, disappointment and financial loss.Now watch..Im pretty sure you will see a canned response from cricut. The others all look the same.
