  Our rep in ***** was very upfront and answered all of our questions. The site survey came up quickly, and our rep is quick to answer our questions. So far, we are pleased and looking forward to our new solar panels.

  Like many on this page, I was scammed by this fraud of a company. They made everything sound great and answered specific questions with their best lies. My sales rep quit returning calls, text, and emails early in to the install. Freedom and Sunder seem to have a great fraudulant partnership. Sunder tells you all these wonderful things and when you figure out it was ALL lies, Freedom says, well we aren't part of them and bare no responcibilities. BOTH of these companies are the absolute worst. Avoid them at all cost!

  Their Sales Rep disrespectfully ignored my no soliciting sign and told me it didnt apply to him. I had to tell him several times I did not want to set up a time to talk to him before he would leave.

  If I could give a zero, I would. This is a fraud company. Bad experience with a marketer called **************************Please run if you can, or else you will regret having any transaction with him. Never reply to texts or emails when you ask questions and they also use deceptive marketing to get you signed after that they ghost you.

  2020 I was contacted by *********************, an employee of ************. We entered into a contract for solar panels and everything went well. Fast forward to the beginning of 2021, I was contacted by another employee from Sunrun pertaining to my large true up bill. At that time we spoke of adding panels to eliminate a true up, and at which time we did so. With the additional panels, a main panel upgrade needed to be performed. The main panel upgrade was completed. Shortly after that, ********************* contacted us and was questioning why we went with a different sales person and had us convinced we were being scammed by the other sales person, and to cancel any further work pertaining to that contract. He then linked ** with his father, *********************, a sales representative for Sunder Energy. He drafted a contract for additional panels, and offered ** a free year of Vivint security monitoring. During our conversations we spoke of our previous contract and how work had already been completed and if we had to worry of any issues with the cancellation, at which time we were told that we had until the first panel was fixed onto our roof to cancel without any issues. We got extremely worried and were told that we wouldnt being paying for the initial main panel upgrade, and to offset the cost we would be sent gift cards for referrals totaling $3000 to pay for the main panel upgrade that had been performed. We still have not received a dime. Ive lost all contact with *********************, and ********************* has told me that we opted out on the gift cards and Vivint Security took its place. The last time I spoke with ********************* he flat out told me Regardless of anything you wont be paying for that original MPU. I have corresponding texts and also a signed contract from ********************* stating he would be paying me $3000 by way of gift cards from referrals. I am being sent to collections by my solar company, Sunrun, pertaining to the main panel upgrade cancellation.

  Sunder Energy provided me an excellent quote for my solar. The installation was smooth and the installers were very professional and knowledgeable. My reps with Sunder Energy and Freedom Forever kept me updated on the installation at every step of the process. A+ service and follow-up.

  This is ridiculous company I got my solar install since March 2022 and until now Im receiving ****** bills so far almost $5000 I contact the ****** and they explained to me that my average usage every month between 800 to 900 kW My solar cover just between 200 to 250 kW and the rest I pay from my pocket so Im still receiving high utility bills The sales reps his name ************** unprofessional and hes not answering the phone or messages basically just ignoring at all and I contact freedom theyre telling me I have to deal with the third-party which is ****** energy And they were answering phone call in the beginning and then just ignoring me and I found the sales reps ******* contact number and his email also I tried to call him and left him a voicemail unfortunately hes not responding to me nobody did anything to me honestly this is was a bad decision working with this kind of Company because if you look at the review youll find everybody complaining the same thing

  ****************** from Sunder Energy came to our house for his pitch. Said we would get our first 6 months payments on *********** ($1400) , because it take FPL a while to come and switch over the solar. *********** came and went, with no money given. Solar was installed the end of September, and we are still paying our electric bill and our monthly bill to Mosaic for the new roof and solar. That's over $500 a month and we have no end in sight. ******* gave a song and dance about ****** is supposed to pay the 6 months. Mosaic said its unheard of. Deceptive sales tactics all around by ******************** and Sunder Energy. No one gets back to you if you contact Forever Freedom who actually put the panels on the house. Its been a very expensive nightmare. Stay clear of Sunder Energy and Forever Freedom in **************.
