    Hello my name is *********************************** *********** Freedom forever came to my house to check out the roof,June ************************************************* my two houses,they Told me that they were going to Call me to install the panels,but they never called back more than 3 months have gone by but they didint install the panels yet and 2 Bills have already came.I am very frustrated because they have abonded my project.

    Signed with Freedom Forever Solar. The panels have been on my roofs and inspected for few months now. The system has not started yet. My agent has been missing for months. He has lied to me about installing a pool heater and a thermostat. I was told even the company cant find him. I have been waiting for 2 weeks to be reassigned a new agent to address my concerns. I am very disappointed with Freedom forever and Sunder Energy.

    ** had a salesperson come to the house and gave the whole presentation. ** agreed when she stated 1. That our electric bill would be at least 75% covered. 2. ** would receive $0.11 credit per kw. When we were still receiving regular bill in addition to out solar I tried calling our sales rep. ** tried calling several times from different phone numbers, but she did not respond until we emailed explaining that we would have to go above her if she did not respond. Our panels were installed in March 2022 and PTO was complete in May. ** began making payments, but even now (September 2022) we are not actually using solar. ** receive regular electric bills AS WELL AS payments on the solar. ** were also informed that solar would never cover 75% of our bill, and we would only receive $0.035 per kw put back into the grid. The sales professional did not completely or truthfully explain the overall cost, functionality, or need. I even asked about a battery and she stated we don't need it unless we have frequent power outages... now I am just paying 50% more for electricity.

    I have been very pleased with my solar system installation and performance. Everything was done as I was told. They arrived on the day I was told, and the system was installed in one day. The employees that installed the system were very polite, and explained everything as they were doing the installation. I am very pleased with my solar system.

    FRAUD, we were fraudulently sold freedom energy from Sunder agent Hose who has got to be the biggest fraudster, we were told we would be getting Viviant for free and they would cancel our current contracts with homepro and pay all the fees associated with breaking that contract. We only signed due for solar due to that and since then its been 5months now and they wont answer calls respond to multiple VMs and emails sent and we now have two security companies in my house and my homepro **** is about to be sent to collections . Please do not go with the company as they lie to customers to get the sale and then turn ghost once the deal is done. If theres was an option to get negative stars i would have given that.
