      I am rejecting this response because: I have already reached out to **** directly and they said they would send me the appropriate paperwork which I did not ever receive (I just checked again and I never received anything). How can a company pretend to have documentation of some agreement when they are unwilling to even send the associated documentation? 

      Seems at least suspect to me.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      this charge is from several years ago after ****** bought the original security company which I did subscribe to. I cancelled that service and brinks continued to charge me. They told me I had to write them a letter stating I wish to cancel which i did and they still continued to charge me. I reported this to the bbb who did nothing and then reported it to the consumer reporting agency who took it off my credit report due to it not being legitimate. As it shows, I did not open this account April 2023. This company bought it from brinks obviously to attempt once again to collect a fraudulent non existent debt which I will never pay because I do not owe it. I will contact the consumer reporting agency again to handle this angain and an attorney if I have to. I have worked very hard to keep my credit in check and this just makes me angry that any random company can put fraudulent t information on your credit report and state it is legitimate. I cannot believe the bbb would accept this information without checking prior reports and other records to see that this was from many years ago. I am a nurse practitioner and  have worked very hard ti get where I am today. I am certainly not going to not pay something that I actually owe. And shame on you for letting this happen and thinking this is valid.

      After rereading this it says I was with ****** security which is a typo.  I dont remember the same of the security company I was with because it was online and they went out of business when brinks bought them.  I no longer have the documents I sent to brinks because it was a long time ago and I thought this had been resolved.   I first started with the security company in 2020. I really need this to be resolved and removed from my credit report since i am in the process of buying a home and have started a business.  I have nothing negative on my credit report since 2020 and I need this to stay this way.  I need your assistance.

      I am rejecting this response because:  This debt is not and has never been valid and that is why I disputed it several years ago.  This was not an account opened in April 2023 as it stated on my credit report, that is a blantant lie and falsified information.  I have not had a late payment since 2019 so why would i open an account this year and just disregard it?  I have not had a security system since i cancelled mine in 2020.  If you were a reputable company you would do your due diligence and realize this is not a true debt of mine, but one from Brinks security who obviously desperately seeks to **** citizens of their money with out proof and lies.  I will never agree and I am reporting brinks an zions to the *** and I will hire an attorney if I have to.

      Good morning, 
      I want to reopen this complaint. The company replied to the BBB complaint and said this would be resolved,  and the item would be removed from my credit report and to allow 30days. It has been over 30 days and they still have this on my credit report. I have atrached a screenshot. This needs to be removed by them immediately.  Because I submitted proof that I never had an account with them. I could not log back in using the code sent. This is totally unacceptable.

      This collection place Zion’s Debt holding reported on my credit. I requested copies of contract I signed, I had Monitronisc home security in September 2015. The home security filed for bankruptcy and never heard anything from them. Two weeks ago we were trying to apply for home equity and they reported in credit report. In copies it is an Alliance Home Security. I donot know this home security and our signatures were not us signed in the contract,
