  I had an alarm account that went delinquent because I moved and forgot about it. The representative **** was super helpful. She explained to me that the only way to cancel my account is by paying the months remaining on my contract. I paid off the account and it was deleted from my credit report in about a week. I was really worried this would stay on my credit report for 7 years. I wish the other collection agencies were this easy to deal with.

  They are just as terrible as the company that sent me to collection without any notification and then had the nerve to hit my credit score. I have never had an account with Brink's Home Security let alone a home security system. I tried to explain this to Zion Debt Holding and they were rude and talked over me and refused to listen. Zion Debt Holding messed up my credit score and now my ideal credit is messed up.

  They are just as terrible as the company that sent me to collection without any notification and then had the nerve to hit my credit score. Never sent me anything in writing from them or Brinks Home Security, I know I called them to get the final payoff prior to cancelation but, they then sent me to this Zion Debt Holding who messed up my credit score and know my ideal credit is messed up. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH BRINKS HOME SECURITY....

  I've also received notice from this company. I had Brinks Home security for 3 years. I canceled the service once I met my contract obligations, and I have all the paperwork from 2022 when I canceled. It was paid up to date. Now, this company says ****** alleged that I owe $169.00 for services for 2 months after I canceled. I thoroughly went through the cancellation procedures with the Brinks agent when I canceled. I never received any bills from Brinks after I canceled because I did not owe anything. Now apparently, I owe $169.00 from 2 months after I canceled service. I don't know what to do at this point. I've explained it to both companies, and they are both saying I still owe this amount when I do not. What do you do in this situation? I clearly do not owe this money, and I have the documents to prove that. When I call Zions, they tell me I have to resolve it with Brinks, then ****** says they cannot resolve it because the account was sold to ********************, then Zions texts me right after and tells me that I should only be dealing with them. How do they know I even spoke with ****** if they have nothing to do with one another? Sounds like a BUNCH OF CROOKS.

  They contacted me through text to collect money that they claimed I owed to BRINKS Home Security. I showed them proof of my cancellation through legal Docusign copy. Based on the contract rules, they need only 30 day advance notice. But they kept charging me (through credit card auto pay) for 4 months after my cancellation. They ultimately stopped after I disputed charges with my credit card company. Now ZION DEBT without doing any research started harrasing me for non-payment of last 2 months, that would be more than 60 days of my cancellation confirmation. When I disputed the charges and didn't pay, they reported to Credit Bureaus. This is how such collection companies are misuing the license given to them. I have submitted compaints to CFBP, BBB and my State Attorney General's office.

  I received 3 collection letters from these guys for energy accounts fraudulently set up in my name. I called and spoke with Brian and he was more than patient with my frustration and aggravation. We got to the bottom of it and I can't express enough gratitude to Brian and how he dealt with me and my frustration. He's gem for Zions Debt Holdings.

  They reached out to me trying to collect for a Brinks Security account that I cancelled due to lack of service and admittedly told me they bought my account that was "past due" even though I had cancelled my account and said that I now owe them money. Why would someone buy an account that they know they are not going to get paid for. They then proceeded to tell me they were going to send this to collections unless I paid them. This place is a joke and they are lucky they only have a PO box.
