I signed up with this company but didn't receive any results with them. I let them know it wasn't working out and didn't want them to keep charging me for their services. They never responded and of course charged me anyway.Business Response

Our Professional Grant Writer, ******, was in consistent communication with Ms. **** throughout her time with us, providing guidance and assistance to help her navigate the funding process. Our team responded promptly and thoroughly to all of her inquiries, clarifying eligibility requirements, providing additional funding sources, and assisting her with the application process. When Ms. **** reached out with concerns regarding her subscription and charges, our support team quickly addressed her inquiries, clarified her billing concerns, and processed her cancellation request.
At US Business Funding Solutions, we guarantee to find each client at least $50,000 in applicable funding sources for them to apply for. While we do not guarantee that a client will receive funding, we do guarantee that we will conduct thorough research and provide them with verified grant, loan, and investment opportunities that match their business profile. In Ms. ***** case, we exceeded our commitment by identifying 14 funding sources with a total potential funding amount exceeding $1,596,000 that she was eligible to apply for. These funding opportunities were posted to her account and made available for her to apply for, fully meeting and exceeding the expectations set in our initial agreement.
We regret any miscommunication regarding Ms. ***** request for cancellation. However, we are pleased to confirm that we have since been in direct communication with her and have fully resolved her concerns to her satisfaction.

I received a call from ****** on 7Jan25 and we spoke about what the business had to offer me, and I would be linked with a coach who would review my business plan and provide feedback. I received and email of a guy name *****, who would be assisting. Again, this was on 7Jan . As of today, I have not heard from "*****", which I became concerned, I was swindled out of $500. I made several attempts to contact U.S. Business Funding Solutions, just to be told to leave my name, contact number and reason for calling. One day last week, I was able to get in contact, but was informed the manager was not there. I left my information again, but to no avail, he did not contact me. Today, I was finally able to speak with "****" and explained my concern to include asking for a refund. "****, became upset when I told him, I was going to file a complaint, because U.S. Business Funding Solutions did not live up to the services, not provided to me. "****" told me it would take 3-7 days for my funds would be returned to the bank. I asked him for a confirmation number and told he did not give out confirmation numbers, but took a screen shot, showing the refund. I will check my account in a couple of weeks and it I do not receive my money back, I will begin legal actions. "I do not recommend anyone to use its services."Business Response

On November 5, 2024 I agreed to hire US Business Funding Solutions to assist in finding a grant or grants to assist in starting my electrical contracting company. This was after speaking with a representative who made their services sound as if the “coach” they assigned would put full effort in assisting with the business plan and providing grant opportunities that I would qualify for. I am a veteran and was told that was a major factor in finding a grant. My business plan took well over a month to be completed by my coach, Rhonda, after I completed my end. At least half of the opportunities she has sent to me are not even grant opportunities, but rather business loans or other? From the time I agreed to hire them, I receive maybe 1 opportunity per week that she has “researched”, very few even being grants. Multiple grants she has sent I am not even eligible for. I live in Colorado and one of the grants she researched and sent required you live in Ohio, Michigan, or Indiana. Others being only for certain types of businesses, and an electrical contractor is not one of them. After voicing my complaints to both Rhonda and through their contact portal, I received a grant opportunity that stated $100,000. There is no application for this amount through the link. I believe that was sent only to make it appear as though they provided double what the promised the would find. There has been no help through this process and certainly no “coaching”. I could’ve used the $1500 I paid them on something such as advertising and marketing that would have been more beneficial to starting my company. It is my belief that US Business Funding Solutions is a fraudulent company preying on new businesses looking for assistance.Business Response

I Enrolled With US BUSINESS Funding SOLUTIONS On April 30, 2024. The Cost To Sign Up to Get Business Grants Or Loans Was $1,500. I Could Not Afford $1,500, So Leslie made Arrangements To Split the Payments in 3 Amounts until The total amount Was Completed. Their policy Was to search for A grant for 90 Days & The Most GUARANTEED Amount they Could give me Was $50,000. 12 Business Templates Had To be Completed And The Entire Payment, Before The Grant Search Began Or All My Money REFUNDED If They Can't Find GRANTS FOR ME. My 90 Days came up Quickly, because FRANCINA Claims She searched for Grants Each Time I Made Payments. Francina & Juan Were Very Impatient And Did Not Want To Walk Me Through It PATIENTLY. They Both Brushed Me Off Real Fast Rudely!! Juan Who Was In Charge Of Finance, wanted To Fast Talk Me, So I Decided To CANCEL OUT, He Only REFUNDED Me $500.00. I'm REQUESTING The Balance OWED To Me OF $1,000.00 Or At Least $50,000.00 Like They PROMISED.Business Response

We joined in June 2023 for just over $4,000. We were told (verbally) we get access to the program for that amount until we receive all the funds from grants that we were looking for OR if we cancelled. Now upon reviewing the contract again if we don't cancel by July 2024 we get charged an additional $49 per month to get access. A majority of the grants sent are not applicable to your business, when I spoke with customer service about it he just continued to talk over me reading a portion of their contract that states that "Even though all funding opportunities located are based on categories applicable to my project, the exact criteria of each specific opportunity may not fit my profile or my project once I start the application process, depending on the application guidelines." Which I find to be false many of them I could not see HOW they were even considered remotely applicable to my project. During our time there we would reach out to the coach about the grants that either the links didn't seem to put us to a grant or we weren't sure if we even qualified and would not get a response back. We also requested a new coach and never was given one. During the same customer service call (around May 13) as above I was told we would get a new coach but never did and grants just stopped coming in all together, assuming it is because we were never assigned a new coach but was removed from the old one. Their sales team definitely tells you what you want to hear and excludes important information to get you to sign and then its OH well we put this in our contract that it may or may not apply for your business so as long as we send you something we fulfilled our end when in truth it has NOTHING to do with your business. Worst customer service ever! The person I spoke to was rude beyond what I can explain in words. He screamed at me saying "I am not your coach, if you don't like us, just file a cancellation". I was trying to explain that I already filed for cancellation but, hadn't heard back but, he just wouldn't listen. Honestly, I felt traumatized after the call.
I signed up for their service on Feb, 29th 2023. A payment of $1,500 left my account on the same day. I also received their welcome email and email from my coach Nicole on the same day, Feb 29th at 10:05 AM.
I filled out all 12 sections of details about my company on the same day. In section 11, they asked for a 3-year financial project. I only had a projection for 1 year and had thoughts for the second and third years that I wanted to run by my coach.
I emailed my coach requesting a time to connect on March 4th. She and I agreed to connect on March 5th from 1 to 1:30 PM CST. She was going to call but, never called. After that, I emailed her 5 times asking for a call, and no response at all.
She kept adding funding opportunities to my account that were basically loans that were not relevant to my business. She wouldn't respond to my emails. I emailed her on March 18th at 4:40 PM CST with all the details of what happened so far and how I was not ok that she hadn't emailed me or called or even started on my business plan. Requested to just cancel my account and process a refund since she hasn't started working on my plan. And, again, no response to this email but, she sent me another email with "a new funding opportunity".
Today, after I filled out a cancellation and called customer service, she responded to my email and the email simply conveyed the message "I can't do anything, you have to call customer service".
This company is a scam, stay away from them and warn others. I learned my lesson after losing $1,500 with them.Business Response

Paid the initial application fee 6/23/23 of $29.95 and after consultation decided not to go forward with services.
Was charged $34.95 monthly, following this. Reached out a month later and was told that the subscription would not be available for cancellation for another month.
Repeated the process a month later, it became 3 months. So on and so forth, 10 months later I am still getting charged.
Did not receive any services, any counseling, and absolutely no grant funding. I will reply directly below if I am refunded, as I see the business likes to reply to complaints saying it's been resolved. If I have not replied "resolved", then it's not resolved.Business Response

I paid $1,500 to U.S. Business Funding Solutions, **** on January 10th, 2024. A gentleman with the name of "***" is my assigned Admissions Director. And *********************** is my assigned Business Plan writer and Grant Researcher. My communication with the Company and *** BEFORE I paid the $1,500 was CONSISTENT. *** RESPONDED to any and every email I sent. When I emailed him that I was ready to pay the $1, 500 he called me IMMEDIATELY. And that means with in one minute he called. AFTER I paid the $1, 500 all of a sudden any Email inquiries I sent would be ignored and not responded too. The SAME exact behavior started to happen with ***********************. Or if ****** does respond to my email it's like a week later or something. *** responded to my email about being ready to pay $1, 500 with an immediate phone call. If I send *** or *********************** 3 emails over a 5 day period neither will respond.Business Response

January 31 , 2023 I was sent an email , by ******, saying she reviewed my business plan and attached her revisions. It was not. I replied to that email to get the plan attached so I could see it. I am still waiting. There has been no response to that email or to the many others I have sent. I called the corporate number but received no response. I emailed through the website contact link twice with no response. I called the person who set up my account (***) but received no response. I slao emailed him. No response. I have been receiving emails with funding opportunities. One opportunity is not relevant to my business needs at all. I responded to that email with questions about that opportunity. I have received no response. There are about 10 emails that have received no response out of maybe 12 emails sent. None of my maybe 5 phone calls have been returned. I'm at my whits end and wishing they would just uphold their end of the bargain or refund my money at this point.Business Response
