      Several months ago I paid $1500 for a service that evidently I did not fully understand in the beginning. There was a lot of "work" involved in this procedure which I did finish up, but we ended up actually applying for only 2 grants. The companies picked by them many were not good matches for me and all of them were difficult to see what to do - not a lot of help from this company. I finally just gave up and cancelled them. I would like a refund on what I paid to them $1500 plus a couple of months extra fees lately.

      They asked for $5000 up front and would put together a business plan then the grant writer would fine tune it and send grants to apply for . After not returning emails and stopped sending me grants that had nothing to do with my business to apply for I lost $5000 and never refunded my money or return calls or emails .

      It has been a horrible experience with this company the information they gave in the beginning and on the website is very misleading. The business plan was not provided with a professional edit in which I wrote the business plan; she just copied and pasted what I wrote. She did not help with punctuation or go over anything that I wrote. As they promised! They did not go over any numbers with me to ensure everything was accurate and made sense; I had asked for suggestions and continually asked if the numbers made sense, but there was no response. The person assigned to me sent me grants that didnt apply to me, and I know this because I read the application requirements; when I asked for help, I was not answered. This company is not helpful and fraudulent in nature. Several emails went unanswered and professionalism/careing/helpfulness is not available. I am not satisfied with this company and how I have been treated. There is no professionalism involved. I would like to request my money be fully refunded in the amount of $1,500. Please help me get my money back.

      I applied for a program from ***** Grants to learn how to obtain a grant for my business. I was given named of potential grants and a video of a man explaining how the process would work. I applied for the program and made three monthly installment payments $500 each for three months . In total I paid $1500 .****** was my grant researcher and did nothing to help me . I am requesting a full refund due to this program being fraud . Please help me get my funds back .

      Hello , 

      The best resolution for me to be satisfied would be that I receive a full refund for the services that I didn't receive from this company . I would like to be refunded the full amount that I paid towards this company who doesnt help you with any grant services. I am aware that I signed a cancellation contract . I only signed that contract because this company did not full filled  their end of the deal with assuring me with grant services . I am very displeased with this company and all I would like to receive. Is my full refund of $1,500 .
