      I too wish that I would have don't better research on this company as I would have NEVER given them the opportunity to take my money. Consumers BEWARE. In April 2023 I contacted US Business Solutions to help with grants needed to help support disabled Military men and woman. We spoke with ****** a few times and decided she go with this company as she mentioned the word "Guarantee" several times. Once the credit card payment was submitted we no longer heard from her (even after several email complaints)! We then were "working" with a woman named ******. We were given a business plan that didn't fit our mission and asked for it to be re-written. We didn't get it. She was sending us grant opportunities that also didn't fit our mission and even after contacting the company's, we were told that we weren't eligible for that type of grant. I sent SEVERAL emails to both ****** and ****** and here we are. No grants, No business plan and no communications. Anyone wanting to talk with me BEFORE contacting them, Please feel free- I can save you a lot of money and heartache.I sent this email on 2/6/2024 with no reply at all. This should tell you all you need to know before contacting them!Good morning,I thought Id write to you as once your company received our money; we didnt hear anything! I plan to write a review on all media outlets to let other know that once you receive money, the communications stop. We only received a lame business plan and potential grant that didnt apply to us. We asked in the initial meeting if we would have help in getting grants for our start up and of course we were told we would be guaranteed $50k or you would continue to work hard until we did.Sad to say, we didnt get any and we are getting ZERO help.I hope others stay far away from this company. My opinion, youre a SCAM!

      On 11/14, we signed on with US Business Funding Solutions for $3,600 to help us find GRANTS for the ************************************ we are starting in Supply, **. Made clear that we had already secured over $60MM in loans to be able to start this. Being the large scope of this venture with extensive demolition and green energy construction, going to be starting a non-profit foundation, we know that there are a lot of grants available to us. After getting our account setup with ******** on 11/14/2023, 4 days later, 11/18/2023, ****** contacts me to say that there is a funding opportunity available for $5,000. We had questions about it, but she never responded. On 11/20/2023 I inquired about having our initial on-boarding call (as was promised by ******** when signing up so that ****** could learn more about what we are wanting to pursue), to which nothing happened. On 11/20/2023, I sent another email with an excel attachment showing grants that I had been researching and if ****** would research them to see if they were applicable, put on our dashboard for new funding opportunities. Weeks later, ****** placed the One ************** Fund and the ***** on our dashboard that we listed on my spreadsheet. I never had an on-boarding conversation with ******, have not received any emails or bogus funding opportunities from ******, nor ******** since 12/14/2023. During EXACTLY one months timeframe, there were 9 bogus opportunities that were posted for us. I called them bogus as they were either loans (which I specified we were looking for grants as we had funding secured), or grants that didnt apply to us whether scope of our business was too large, location, or just not applicable. After exactly one month of providing nothing that would assist us, all communications have seized. I sent them this information on 1/26/2024 to request a refund of prorated amount of $2900. After 4 business days, still no communication. Can provide emails for all stated.

      Wish I would have read these complaints prior to giving my hard earned money away like all the others. Same story as other complaints, they promised a business plan, promised 50,000 in grant money, etc. but never delivered. When you try to call or email they don't respond. This company violates the federal UDAAP regulation so not sure how they can still operate as a business. Just want a refund at this point.

      July 2023 I paid this company $1500.00 to help me grow my business, write a business plan, and help me to get grants or funding for my business. after (4) emails from my hired coach, which was also part of the deal, I haven't received any more corrospondance from them, even after reaching out by text, phone, and email. my complaint is pretty much just like the other complaints that have been issued.

      US Business Funding Solutions is a company that states they help folks and businesses obtain grants or grant funding. The services they state they will provide, they never did, oftentimes not answering phone calls or emails, yet charged $5000 for absolutely nothing but a few emails sent on Google searches they had done for some grants.

      June 15, 2023 I agreed that this company would be helpful to my growing new business. I was looking foward to having a "Professional Coach" that was going to help me write the perfect business plan to apply for grants. I paid alot of money up front. I then supplied Nicole the business plan i HAD COME UP WITH AS THE STARTING POINT. I got an initial email back with 2 small questions. I immediately replied. She then emailed another question with a follow up phone call and left me a voice message on 6/22/23. I was not able to contact or call back until 6/26. I left her a message for a call back to better understand the needs as she requested me to email or call back. I waited for a call or email in which never happened. I emailed 6/29/23 simply to be moved to another coach who is willing to do the job i was guaranteed. Both Juan Manager whom i spoke to as well as Nicole my coach proceeded to blame me for not just replying to an email. I am flabbergasted that instead of holding his own team accountable they want to blame me the client. I asked at that point to terminate my contract. They obliged however failed to get my refund back saying I have to file a claim against them and they refused to send me a check refund. This is twisted and backwards and as someone new to grants totally turned off byt the extremely negative experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you feel like wasting your hard earned money.

      I am rejecting this response because: this has not been resolved. The manager called and was just as nasty and rude as before. I have asked for his manager several times and refuses to do so. I have attached a screenshot of the credit card charge for initial service purchase and balance also showing no transactions for this current cycle meaning I still have a $500.00 charge from this company on my account. I will not be satisfied until this company mails me a check for a refund. I have even filed a complaint through the credit card service in which was also rejected. At this point the only thing this company can do is mail a check out. I would never recommend this company to anyone to be treated so poorly.

      We spoke to ****** at US Business Funding Solution in January of 2023. She and her team were going to help us create a business template and help us find Grants to apply to. We paid $1,500 for this service. We were told that if they could not find us $50,000 in grants after 90 days the $99 monthly fee was going to be waived. Here we are several months later with no Grant money and are now being charged the monthly fee. When we called US Business Funding to dispute this they stated that they found us institutions to apply to, however these institutions did not apply to us and had requirements that we did not meet therefore we could not apply. They have completely scammed me and are not taking responsibility.

      In early January 2023 I paid this business $1500 for a "personalized business plan" and access to the grant writer services. As of today, March 10 2023. I have yet to have a finalized business plan which inhibits my ability to apply for grants according to my grant writer ***********************. My grant writer is extremely hard to get in contact with nor do I received responses from this business in what should be considered a reasonably time. They were very eager to receive my money however the lack of service and their inability to come through on their side is inexcusable. I am looking for a full refund of my purchase, $1,500.00 This purchase has been a huge waste of my time and a company with this type of business manner should not be able to operate. I was told the business plan would take 2-3 weeks to complete once my portion was done, which I did complete on Jan 18th. The last correspondence from my grant writer was Feb 24th stating she "will be reviewing it", which leads me to believe they haven't looked at the plan at all. Please help.

      On January 05 2023, I sent and email to my sales rep to inform him I wanted to move forward with the process. My coach contacted me on January 6th. It took us a about a month to work through the business plan template but had enough information to get started. I have an email from the coach January 16th saying she need 2 to 3 weeks to finish the plan, where I assumed she had gotten started and would just need to make adjustments as we updated information. On January 23rd I have an email from her stating there was only one more section and she looked forward to writing the plan. On the 30th of January I sent a confirmation email saying we were done updating and ready for her to draft the business plan. On February 6th I asked for an update, and on the 9th she responded with she needed 2 to 3 weeks to complete the business plan and I could go ahead and apply for grants that don't require a business plan. The problem is she told me she would walk through that process with me, and she never did. Also the opportunities she sent me either ******* the criteria we wanted, we didn't qualify for, we were in the wrong location, or needed a business plan. It is now March 7th and I have heard nothing, and still do not have a business plan. I have requested a refund from my sales rep and got nothing in return. They charged me $1500 on January 6th and have done nothing we spoke about. I am seeking a full refund.
