I canceled my *********************** on MAR 2025. I confirmed with the ******* representative that I do not owe them any equipment (as the modem was picked up by the technician when he swapped it with a new account holder in my home) and he said that I should be getting a prorated final bill for the internet service. I received an email from Complete Recovery Corporation on 21 APR 2025 saying that I must return XB6 Internet Gateway, serial number ************. I have reviewed my Xfinity account and it does not show any equipment available for turn in and I also have a credit on my account of $17.52. I called Xfinity a couple of times and the representatives again said they couldn't see any outstanding equipment that needed to be turned in and that my account has a $0 balance. I have a receipt for Xfinity indicating that all of my remaining equipment associated with my account was turned in. I called the number listed on the email for Complete Recovery Company to explain all of this to them and the person that I spoke to was very rude and said that if I do not return the equipment I could be fined up to $200+ (can't recall the exact amount). I need for these people to stop harassing me and contact *************** regarding this issue.Business Response

This business has emailed and called me claiming to be affiliated with ******* and they're stating that I still have to return equipment. The equipment they are saying that I need to return is an X1 cable box but I have never received cable through Xfinity. They are ruthless with contacting me at all hours and refuse to take my name off of any call list. Complete Recovery Corp continues to call and email, claiming to be ********** harassing and threatening me asking for an x1 digital cable box to be returned. I have never had ****************** services, any cable box, or any equipment owned by ******** I contacted Xfinity customer support, and they reviewed my account and confirmed that I do not have any equipment that belongs to xfinity/********Business Response

I’ve have had this company and a collection to my account for a bill that has already been paid I’ve tried to file a complaint with eqifax a no change. The worst part is I can never get in contact w this company and they’re keeping this collection on my credit ruining itBusiness Response

This business never sent me a letter about a debt that was not mines. they added a collection to my credit reports. Ive reached out via email, phone and fed ex mail, about validation of debt. They still have not sent me anythng. They never answer their phones and this debt is still not mines and has not been validated. I canceled my Comcast/Xfinity service on 30 Oct 2023. I confirmed with the Xfinity representative that I do not owe them any equipment (as I own my modem) and he said that I should be getting a prorated final bill for the internet service. I purchased my own cable modem/wireless router from Best Buy. I received an email from Complete Recovery Corporation on 28 Nov 2023 saying that I must return Cable Equipment, serial number *********** (Which is the modem/router that I purchased from Best Buy). I have reviewed my xfinity account and it does not show any equipment available for turn in. I called Xfinity a couple of times and the representatives again said they couldn't see any outstanding equipment that needed to be turned in and that my account has a $0 balance.
