    Thank you so much ********* for your quick email reply regarding my missing package. Thank you for providing the link whom to address about my order. And also Thank you to Asron from ***** on your quick reply finally found the package that was left at Newsagent without giving me any notice where to pick up. I like the guru shoes (wide ) I ordered fits well on my feet.

    First off, these shoes are GREAT and held up to trip to ***************) ******* + ******** *******. The trip prompted me to get some really comfortable orthopedic shoes. Had a minor but pesky issue with the right insole, and ****************** sent me a new set of insoles right away. The folks at Kuru are really getting their product and customer service right!

    Contacted Kuru about the support in my shoes not holding up, so they said it sounds like I need new insoles. Asked how much, that I had **** points. **** sent me an e-mail stating that an order for insoles have been ordered- no charge! I didn't ask for these insoles to be ordered, it was done for me.

    Phoned ********* at ********** to request order be shipped to my dad with same name in different state, and she took care of problem within a minute. Great service! And the shoes are like wearing moccasins after break in. Be buying more in future.***************************

    Had wrong shoe size sent to me...did not know right away. Called **** and spoke with ****** who was friendly and helped correct the issue..... as in sending a new pair :) Now that is the best customer service I would say !!!!!!

    *************** want to thank **** sooo much for her help and insight into the shoes that would be best for me. She was so helpful in coordinating the return on the first pair I got which were not comfortable for my foot problems. And she stayed longer than her shift to walk me through other possibilities. She and your company are truly a welcoming throwback to helpful personalized service of old. Thank you so much;
