    I ordered these because of the positive reviews. I have metatarsalgia and am unable to walk for long distance without severe burning and pain to the ***** of my feet. I wore them on a 2 mile hike and they were no more supportive or comfortable than any other sneakers that I have worn. I didn't realize that there was a return policy in place, so I thought that I was just going to chalk it up to a bad decision. I found out that there is a 45 day return window but unfortunately, it had passed. Thought I would try anyway as I had only worn them once. I reached out and explained the situation to the customer service rep by email but was told that there was nothing that they could do. I understand that it was outside the window but you would think that they would offer something to keep a customer happy. Nope. I won't consider Kurus again.

We do have a policy in place to allow for returns, but we also believe in doing the right thing. We will do everything we can to try and make it right by you.

    Best customer service left on the planet. They are doing it right. I dont order shoes often, maybe every 3 years but I always go back. They know what customer care means.

    My problem is with the product, and not the service. **** handled my complaint very professionally, and enabled me to return my sandals for a larger size. I would give him full marks for the service he provided.However, I am very disappointed with the sandals that replaced the earlier ones that were too small. These are two large. There are no half sizes, and my money has gone down the drain because **** has a weird policy of not refunding money for this particular design of sandals. For this reason, I am never going to purchase from Kuru again.

    **************** is EXCELLENT. I've been in contact with them by email and over the phone, and all experiences were great. My questions were answered immensely and I wasn't made to feel like I was being a bother. I would strongly recommend Kuru Footwear on how they spoke with and assisted me.I've been searching for a long time for specific footwear. I require specific shoes to address my medical needs. Based on the customer service experience. I will be a repeat customer.

    **** was excellent with my insole issue and took care of my problem. I love my Kurus for work and I am on my feet for 9 hours a day. I bought the non-slip work shoe and I have never had an issue. Worth every *****.

    I just had the best customer service experience with **********************. I accidentally used the wrong shipping method when I ordered and called KURU customer service and was helped by a very professional and cheerful, Asia. She quickly fixed the mistake I made to ensure that I received my shoes on time. Asia gave me a sense of how KURU stands behind their product and their customers.

    I sent an email to Kuru on June 23rd regarding a a problem with the left shoe of KINETIC shoes I purchased, and to my surprise the email was answered on the same day by ******, who provided great customer service. He welcomed my email and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. ****** assured me that having a defect is not something that should be happening with ****'s shoes. He really appreciated my email and expressed that he wanted to make things right for me. And offered me any assistance I needed. Thanks **** for having ****** as an employee, he really made my day!

    There was an issue with my order and **** was efficient in determining cause and resolution. While I'm disappointed the shoe was out of stock, I could not be more pleased with the customer service.
