    Super service and beyond. **** was so helpful on a return. The shoe is Uber comfortable and well made. She sent me a return label immediately and arranged to send me a new pair. She is such an asset because she really cares.Thanks so much,*********************

    Kuru Quantum has given me my life back! 5+ years of plantar fasciitis and achilles tendon issues, nothing worked until I found these shoes!Best and kindest customer service EVER.I love this company and highly recommend them!

    Love the shoes. I have two pair and very pleased with both. Need a new set of insoles for one pair and **** was a big help. Very quickly got back with me via email with the information I need to get a replacement set. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

    I love Kuru Footwear! The customer service is top of the line! Always a resolution and answer to any of my concerns. My feet thank me every time I wear them, which is everyday, especially since 3/4 ths of my shoes are Kurus.And the reward points are awesome!
