  Great product! Ordered hiking boots and they were too big. Returned with no questions asked. Second pair *********** and saved me from being left behind with planter fasciitis!!! Haven't taken them off since. Great customer service, too! Had trouble creating an online account and received immediate response and solution to the problem from **** in the "bot" box. I've already sent a close friend to the company and been thanked for the referral.

  Shelly handled my return promptly to my satisfaction. When I tried to create the return label for my 2 pair of shoes the system only acknowledged I had received one pair. She immediately knew what to do and sent me an email with a new return label. As a customer service agent she was very pleasant and helpful. It was a pleasure speaking with her.

  I loved my ATOM Slip-Ons. I wore them a couple hours in my house for a couple weeks.I am so disappointed that I have to return them. I have a problem with the left shoe. The bottoms of the shoes felt so good on my very sore feet. I tried to overlook the problem on left shoe as I wanted to keep them so much. I wasn't able to slip them on as I had hoped. Because of my age & not being able to bend down & had to sit to pull them on, which I could live with. The company is wonderful. I would order from them again. The advisor,Maquel, was so pleasant & understanding. The company makes returns very easy.I would give ************* 5 stars.

  I love my **********. I have purchase many pairs of their shoes. I recently purchased a 2 prs. of shoes and within 2 days Kuru had a sale for buy 1 pr. get 20% off the second pr. I called customer service to to ask for a credit toward my second pr. and **** in customer helped me and immediately put in a request to credit my account for the 20% discount.

  Had a problem with a return. They changed their policy on returns for some of their products, specifically sandals. Unfortunately for me, I needed to exchange such an item. The policy changed right after I purchased them, so I was unaware of the new policy. I sent in an inquiry, and heard back from the company, Manquel, within a few hours. They could've denied this request, but are honoring my exchange. Great customer service, excellent product and have shown great integrity with their business practices. Love the product and would recommend them to friends and family!! Be sure and read the return policy on items, specials, etc. just so you are not surprised at a later date!

  Most comfortable shoes I have ever worn, and I an my feet ten hours a day five days a week. ****** helped me refer a friend which allowed both my friend and myself receive a $15 credit towards another pair of shoes.
