    ****** was excellent! Very personable and attentive. She completely dealt with my concerns. Having had some recent difficulties with other **************** personnel from other companies, it was a pleasure to finally deal with someone intelligent, professional hand understanding, who actually solved my problem. Give that woman a raise!!!!

    I've ordered two pairs of ********** recently and am very happy with them. My wife (who doesn't have the foot issues that I have) decided to try a pair also. They arrived today, but unfortunately, when she tried them on, neither the size nor the style was to her liking. I called Kuru customer service and spoke with *********, who was wonderful. In perhaps sixty seconds, he sent me an email with the return label to attach to the box. I'm sure I've never had such a positive experience with any other company when returning something. Kudos to Kuru and *********!!

    I was emailing with the Gentleman names ********* from Kuru and was just so very satisfied with his attitude so very quick in answering as well as knew his stuff on the shoes it used me to buy the boot so thank you ********* for your input and many more yrs of your service to this company they have a gem in there hands your considerate thanks again a ******** customer now have been looking for something like this for some time Bless you have a great New Year ************************* ******
