      I originally agreed to pay 380 something for 24 months which would have been roughly a little over 9 thousand dollars for a hotdog cart. It should have been paid off in October, now they are telling me I leased the cart for 64 months making the cart over 24 thousand, I would have never agreed to that ridiculous amount for a cart. What can I do to rectify this?

      Predatory lender who will NOT take into account difficulties one is facing in terms of the due dates etc. been asking for a long time now to have the date moved back two weeks so I can avoid the late fees. But they will not work with you. No empathy. I hope that there becomes a class action lawsuit against this company.Run away from them as fast as possible!

      Back in November 2022 I took out a loan with Clicklease LLC. They were the preferred lender for a Company named FitkitsyourwayLLC. The owner of FitKits never furnished the food trailer that I was to have purchased along with that filed bankruptcy and left me (along with about 10 more businesses at minimum) without a food trailer and stuck paying for a loan to clicklease. Clicklease has paused our payments, however, although none of use will ever receive the food trucks and food trailers we were paying for, Clicklease has had us in a discovery phase for over a year now since the owner of Fitkits declared that he was filing bankruptcy. I, along with the several other businesses have reached out to clicklease to try to retrieve the monies forged toward a product we have never received, and I was told that they are not in talks about returning the money at all. This is an unfair business practice and clicklease should assume the loss because they are a merge to the contract that makes it happen. I, along with the other businesses have taken losses such as property, profits, and even our businesses due to this. I paid an initial fee of $500 to clicklease, along with over $1100 a month from the time of first payment, until time of the pause to payments. I am wondering if I will ever receive the money back (although they are not in talks about this), or if I will be given the opportunity to start fresh from zero with no deposit, to get my business going. Please clicklease, respond with some type of response to aide me and the other potential food truck entrepreneurs, with a reasonable resolution to this matter. None of us are in a position to afford a lawyer, however, we are in a position to work out something that is at least amicable for both out business and your to give us all minimal losses. I never stated people names, and I wont. Instead I would like us to work something out or to be refunded. Respectfully!

      This company does not do what they say they are going to do. I financed a trailer through them. Paid it off in February. Have yet to receive the paperwork. Every time I call, I get the same answer. It's on the way. Do not use these people. Scam artists

      Please be aware of this company. I should have just put the amount on my credit card but I was excited to have the ability to pay my equipment off monthly. Unfortunately, I did the math after the fact and was in shock to learn that I would be paying almost 3 times the amount of the equipment at the end of the pay off. I never saw a percentage rate, which is the first red flag. The amount of money that is charge to "lease" equipment is insane. Also, when I did go to use my credit card to pay of my equipment there are fees fees fees and more fees. I discourage any small business from using clicklease for equipment. At this point you should just beg and barter because this place will definitely leave you in the hole. I've seen that people haven't been able to get a service rep on the phone. Luckily I did and Ill take my credit card fees any day. Terrible company with zero regard for small businesses and humans. How can you sleep at night knowing that your are leaving businesses at such a disadvantage. Also, the businesses who use them should really think twice as this surely reflects badly on their business...smh. STAY FAR AWAY!
