Yesterday I placed an order for boots, a pair of shoes, and socks. Every one of those items were listed as a BOGO deal. When I added a second one into the cart it showed as full price. Since there is no clear directions on their website and nothing was making sense I decided to play it safe and not pay twice for BOGO items. I assumed I would order and when picking up I could discuss the issues that happened after hours on the website. When I spoke to someone at the Nampa Idaho store they explained that I’d have to call corporate and they had access to adjust those things, yet they don’t. I called Sportsman’s customer service, and they essentially explained to me that I didn’t add my additional item for free into my cart. Now, it’s pretty obvious that when people are selecting this sale that their intentions are to get that item. Adding it to cart showed full charge for the supposed “free” one I was supposed to add according to them. They told me they have no way to help me and that there is no way for them to make good on that offer. My order even shows them being BOGO options in my email. I want to make formal compliment against SPORTSMAN'S WAREHOUSE
FRESNO. During my October 6th afternoon trip to this store,my mother and I wasn't greeted by any of the male employees. They had snotty attitudes, ignored us, the male employees didn't want to wait on us, only one female employee helps,and they had over 10 people waiting in the firearm section. This store has various complaints over the past couple of months. This company needs to give me a formal apology.Initial Complaint

Merchant received payment for an item while item was not in stock. Website did not display the item as out-of-stock. As a result, I thought I made a user error when ordering, so I attempted to place the order again. For a second time, the merchant accepted payment while not having item in stock. Merchant says funds will be returned with 5-7 business days. Why can they take my money in an instant without giving my the product, but take 5-7 to return it. The merchant will just blame it on the bank for the delay. resolution requires INSTANT refund. This is not fair. Now I have to cancel plans. I have $667 less than expected AND no product. 5-7 day delay is unacceptable.Initial Complaint

Sportsmans had a 50% off coupon for footwear and clothing items. Per them they stated there was a mistake in the coupon that they printed and would not give me 50% off a pair of boots because it was ineligible even though nowhere in their posting of the coupon did it state such. Purchased a shotgun online. Purchase order **********. On Monday 9/11/2023 I arrived completed my background checks and passed then was informed that my would have to wait 3 days and pick it up on Thursday. I came back on Thursday to pick up my shotgun and was informed that something was not filed right. And that I would have to do the background check again and wait 3 more days. I asked did I pass the background check they said yes and then I asked did I wait the 3 days and they said yes but they had filed the form wrong.
I was told that they could give me a gift card and file again. I asked if the 3: days included the weekend and they said no. My issue is that I fly back to work in Alaska and would not be able to pick up the shotgun.
I personally lost over $5000.00 because the staff did not check their paperwork. I only came back to Florida to pick up this shotgun so that I could go hunting.
How to resolve this issue. I redo the background check. A store employee after the 3 days gets on a plane and flies to false pass Alaska and deliver my shotgun.Initial Complaint

Bought a new firearm on 8-22-23 at store #*** returned firearm to store on 8-23-23 to be shipped back to the factory due to the firearm being defective. As of this date no one at this company has been able or willing to find out the status of the repair. Everyone from corporate customer service to store employees claims its "not their job" nothing they can do. The manufacture of the firearm claims they do not have it, the store claims they shipped it. At this point the firearm missing. Therefore, since it was lost by Sportsman Warehouse while under their control and custody, I am requesting a full refund of $949.99 plus sales tax of $66.96.Initial Complaint

My husband bought two pairs of sandals and he saw it cheaper on online and he wants all his money back. He paid $19.94 dollars and it went down to $15.00 dollars. And I told the lady from the corporate office and she was rude to us in the email address and said my husband should go to the store. And we don't even drive. We live far. We are recovering from covid and we are on oxygen and we are on social security.

I ordered an item online from this retailer. I received a notice that my order had been cancelled for a payment verification issue. The email directed me to reach out to customer service, which I did. The agent was unable to tell me the reason for the cancellation or give any steps to correct/resolve the issue. He advised that it would take 48 hours for their verification team to review and reach out with information. My item was supposed to have been delivered in this 48 hour time frame. The two day delivery window was important, because this is for an upcoming trip.
The rep was unable to provide any way to speed up the process or avoid this minimum 2 day delay. He was also unable to confirm whether the order would process or be cancelled. I was told not to re-place my order, or my card would be charged twice and both orders would be cancelled. I was told not to use another payment method on their website. I was told to just wait for two days to hear from a "verification expert" who, for some reason, can't be reached directly by phone. I'm not sure if I should find a replacement item elsewhere or not. But for a customer to not know whether or not their card is going to be billed for something for 2 days is unacceptable business practice.
This company has a hold on my card, however, and I have no idea whether or not the transaction will process. I have no idea whether my card will be charged for this item and I have no idea whether I will receive this item. Terrible customer service.Initial Complaint

This is regarding Order # **********. I ordered a fishing pole for a trip I was going on that wasn’t in stock at any of my local store. I checked all of them and nothing near me had it in stock. I was supposed to receive delivery by UPS which was fine but it ended up being transferred to USPS and I did not receive the fishing pole. First, who mails a fishing pole through USPS. It should’ve stayed with UPS which I’ve never had issues with. Second, I called their customer service and requested a refund and they advised me to call back 24 hrs later to start a research request of some kind. I called back later and then another employee tells me they can’t do any type of research request and to contact USPS. So your employee lied to me first off and wasted my time. I never got the fishing pole you were supposed to deliver to me and it’s my first time ever buying something from you online because I do all my shopping in person. I never have this issue with any other retailer and I will never do business with you again based on your customer service representative’s and service.
