      On 11-19-23 I made an online order for a Walther P22 pistol. After placing the order I found out some disturbing details about the safety of this gun and promptly called Sportsman’s Warehouse customer service to cancel before the gun even arrived at the store for me to pick up. I talked to a guy named Chris who told me he would be happy to help me cancel the order and proceeded to do so. He told me the process was complete and I should expect an email confirming the cancellation and should receive my refund with 5-7 business days. Today, December 5th, I have heard nothing and received no refund so I called customer service again and was told that the store was not responding to the customer service request regarding the cancellation. It seems they are ignoring this refund request. I paid for this item and never took possession of it and was told I would receive a refund promptly.

      I ordered a Jetboil Genesis Base Camp System Quantity: 1 Price: $299.96 on Black Friday, November, 24 2023 along with several other items from the Portland, Or store on-line, Order # **********. I paid the bill in full but Sportsmans Warehouse failed to deliver.

      I made a purchase from Sportsmans Warehouse online, using a 10% off coupon code which they emailed me. The coupon code did not exclude the item I was purchasing, nor had it expired by its terms. The coupon applied to the order, but the price was not discounted. Emailing customer support yielded no positive result. I am making a final attempt via the BBB prior to contesting the amount which the purchase should have been discounted via my credit card.

      Order# ********** I asked them to cancel my order they told me within a few business days it would be canceled 25 days into it. It still has not been canceled. I’ve reached out to twice I’ve emailed them twice and I still have not gotten any cancellation or refund on this product..

      I placed an order ********** on 11/2/2023 for two “ready to shoot” bow packages. Identified on the website as ID *******. Pictures of the website attached. On 11/4/2023 I received delivery of two bare bows. None of the accessories indicated on the website as part of the package (sights, rests, quivers or stabilizers) that would make them a ready to shoot package. I contacted customer service and they asked me to submit pictures. I did, and received no response. Since then I have contacted customer service two more times and the best I could get was someone is working it. After ordering, this same “package” later went on sale $50 cheaper. I added that package to my cart but let it sit there. The item in my cart was later updated to be only a bare bow with the same ID number. It appears Sportsman’s Warehouse figured out their mistake, but have done nothing to resolve my situation. The ready to shoot bows for my kids Christmas are not ready to shoot. I am not in driving distance of a store, and now that I have read the other reviews of Sportsman’s Warehouse don’t want to trust them to attempt to return. I would like for the accessories they offered as part of the order to be delivered.

      I ordered some ammo online and chose the in stock option, pick up in store today. The product shipped from somewhere else and I was not able to pick it up at the store even though it was in stock. I was also charged twice and after two weeks they still have not returned my money.

      Tried to purchase two different bows during their black Friday sale. They canceled my order the following day and I am still waiting on a refund of over 600 dollars before I can even re purchase these gifts that are no longer on sale.

      Searched the internet looking for pricing on a handgun.
      Sportsman's Warehouse had a competitive price and "15% off on your first purchase" if you signed up for text messaging. There was no "*" attached to the statement and I read all the terms and conditions which did not exclude firearms. After signing up for the text messaging I received the discount code and applied it to my purchase, however the price did not change. I contacted customer support and immediately they said that the discount did not apply to firearms, so I asked the representative to show me where that is stated in the terms and conditions. They also went through the documentation and agreed that a firearm exclusion did not exist. The representative requested that one of the managers address my concern. Later that day the manager called and offered a 3% discount, but I explained that was not acceptable and I wanted them to honor the 15% discount as stated on their website (I had spent my time and given my personal information only because of their false advertising) if they did not, I would need to contact the BBB. After this statement the manager ended the call.

      I bought a Camp Chef stove (Pro 60X) from the Sportsman Warehouse stores in Federal Way, WA. Just 20 days later the stove literally caught on fire. Situation was very dangerous. Our house could have caught on fire and significant injuries could have resulted. I called the store, explained the situation and asked that i would like to return this product since it is less than 30 days old. They have refused to take it back and asked me to contact the manufacturer Camp Chef. Camp Chef won’t take it back either and said it is the store who should take it back. Camp Chef offered to send defective parts but that's not the solution I am looking for. I am too scared to use this product now. I don’t want to put my family at risk. I want to return this product for a full refund but store or the manufacturer won’t take it back.

      Sportsman's warehouse started a sale and advertised products on their website. I went ahead and made a purchase for a product that was in-stock to be picked up same day, as their website stated.
      After my purchase was submitted and processed I was supposed to get an e-mail whenever the item was ready for pick up. To my surprise, when I received the e-mail, only half of the items were ready for pick-up and the other half was "delayed" per their e-mail. Because of recent issues with them on other orders my family and I had in the past I decided to give them a call and figure what that delayed meant. I was informed that they did not have the item in stock, even though I purchased it while it was in stock and my gift card was charged. They then went ahead and cancelled my order telling me the money was going back to my gift card. I explained I no longer had that gift card so they told me they were going to issue another gift card and send that on my e-mail. Since I had not received a confirmation e-mail or anything related to the refund, I called them again and the agent couldn't even find the order I was referring to. After a lot of back and forth and being on hold many times they told me they found the information and were sending it to billing department and it would take 2-3 business days to issue a refund. In summary, they are selling items that they don't even have in stock, not informing the customer if an order is suspended or will be cancelled and then when it is cancelled, the customer needs to reach out to get the money back, otherwise they risk waiting weeks for it. This is not the first time I have to be on top of everything in order to get my product, a refund or some type of communication back from Sportsman's but this is for sure going to be the last as I don't think it is fair to the customer for them to hold our money, don't give us any kind of notice and expect that we call them to resolve issues.
