      I purchased a firearm from Sportsman’s Warehouse with a Sportsman’s Warehouse credit card supposedly to get $50 off the purchase price the cashier made a mistake and did not take the $50 off so the cashier gave me a $50 gift card. That is not $50 off. That means I have to spend $50 in that store. I think it’s a scam. I would like $50 off my credit card. What if I never plan on going back into that store, I have a $50 gift card that I can’t do anything with, I can give back the gift card if they take $50 off my credit card

      I placed an order for a kayak from Sportsman Warehouse via their website on May 12, 2023. The site advertised that it would arrived to the store in Anchorage, Alaska in 7-12 business days. On May 20, 2023, I called the Anchorage store to inquire on wether or not it had arrived due to the order status showing "pending shipment" but also showing to pick it up from the store on May 20, 2023 by 2:41 PM. The store rep stated that it would be in on Monday, May 22, 2023 or Tuesday, May 23, 2023. Due to the confusion, I also emailed the Sportsman Warehouse customer service requesting an update. On Wednesday May 24, 2023, I called customer service due to the kayak still not arriving and never receiving a response back to my email. I was told that it was en-route but that they didn't have any tracking. I then called back for another status update two weeks later and was told the same thing, after discussion with the rep, we came up with a plan of waiting another week and if it hadn't arrived, to call back in to request a cancellation and a refund. I called back in on June 13, 2023 to do this and the rep said she would submit the cancellation request and that I would get an email in 3 days. On June 17, 2023, I called back in due to never receiving the email. I was told the request was never submitted and that I would have to wait for the kayak to arrive to the store before they could cancel. Throughout this process, I asked what if it never arrived and no one can give me an answer. I feel the company gave me false advertising on when the kayak would arrive and is providing terrible customer service in refunding me the $2,349.99 that I spent on the kayak. I have waited 5 weeks when I was told 7-12 business days and haven't received any tracking info or updates. I would like a refund now for a product that the company doesn't even have tracking on and for a product that may never arrive.

      On 5/28/23 I ordered a pontoon trolling motor from Sportsmans warehouse (#**********) $588.24 which they deducted from my account on that date and created a UPS shipping label. there is no tracking record of the package. I never received it. I would like them to send me a new trolling motor expedited, but they will not do this nor will they credit my account until they figure out what happened. I have tried multiple times to contact their customer service and I get nowhere with this. They tell me I have to wait. I see this issue is between Sportsmans warehouse and UPS. I don’t think they have a legal right to hold onto my money for this amount of time or not send me a new package, this is a terrible business policy on their part. They will not allow me to talk to a supervisor or manager to get this resolved.

      I have documentation if required. I opened a credit card that earned points with Sportsman's Warehouse. I only received the points I made in the store on 3/27/2023. I have made $1889.09 in purchases that I did not receive my points on. I have been fighting this company to fix the issue since 5/02/2023. They did not meet their agreement to provide me my points on purchases. I've called and emailed numerous times and get no answer on this. This should not be reflected on my credit report. I have a high credit score for a reason. It should not be damaged due to poor business practices and even worse customer service.

      Order #: **********  I purchased a new shotgun from Sportsman’s Warehouse (SA) over the Internet to be shipped to an FLL Dealer in KS., Just under $1,000 when all fees added. Looked OK but not assembled.
      Tried to assemble, the barrel wouldn’t fit. I called manufacturer and they determined the product was defective right out of the box and I needed to return to the seller (SW).
      I sent a written message to SA’s Customer Service on 6/5/2023 and got no response.
      Sent a 2nd message to SW’s Cust Service on 6/7/2023 and got no response.
      Called SW on 6/8/2023 and SW stated that the firearm people usually take a week of more to respond. I informed it would be professional if they would just send a short email that they received my message and would get back in a week or so would have been nice. Said wait.
      Received email from SW stating “it sounds like a Manufacturing error with the product” (They admit in writing they sent me a defective firearm-EC note) and “there isn't anything that Sportsman's Warehouse can assist in this case”. They referred me to a long list of legal “Acknowledgements”. Stated I could take to nearest store in another state and “Hunting Manager” would assist “figuring out what is wrong” but had made it clear they can not stand behind the product they sold. Would you drive over 370 miles round trip with the only assurance a guy will help you try to figure out when the manufacturer already stated return to seller?
      I feel I was deceptively marketed as I was unaware and it doesn’t clearly state that if you order a new firearm from the SW website to an FLL and the firearm is clearly defective (per the manufacturer), right out of the box and then SW does not and “can not” stand behind the product they sold for roughly $1,000 and you are quite literally on your own with SW’s Customer Service will “Ghost” you and not respond to emails or return your calls!

      I purchased 3 items online in 2022. Over $1700.00. The orders were lost and the order status was unavailable. I eventually canceled the orders on March 26th and received confirmation. I would get a refund in 7 to 10 days. Then I checked on my refund 3 weeks later and the orders had not been canceled. I canceled them again by telephone this time and again I received e-mail confirmation that in 7 to 10 days I would get a refund. That was over 30 days ago and no refund. I made a complaint with the FTC Fraud Division, and the Justice Dept. Still no refund.

      I placed order **********. Order was immediatley cancelled and I received an email immediately saying it was cancelled due to payment verification issue. Everything was correct. I called in and asked to speak to a manager. I was transferred to Zach. I told Zach my giftcard was not reloaded that I used and that my credit card was good. Zach was talking to others in the background and was paying little attention to me. I had to repeat my problem. Zach then told me the giftcard would be reloaded in 3-5 business days. I told him that does not work. I told him I will file a complaint with the BBB. Zach then told me that if I threatened legal he would hang up on me. Me telling him Im going to do that is not a legal issue. Its a customer service issue. Zach should not be allowed to speak to customers. Very rude. I called back in and spoke to regular customer service who were very nice and able to get the giftcard reloaded immediatly. This was to much to ask of Zach. He was more interested in being combative. My credit card still needs reloaded. I want to replace the order but am afraid it will get cancelled too. I could call in and speak to a manager but that would be Zach. Therefore Im making the purchase elsewhere.

      I requested an order be cancelled on May 23rd through email with no response. So to be sure the order was cancelled, I reached out to customer support to have the order cancelled on May 24th. Today, on May 28th they emailed me saying my order was ready for pickup and they fraudulently charged me $465.68 on May 26th. At the time of cancelation the order was still "pending shipment". They twice had been given requests to cancel, before the order was shipped, and still shipped it and charged me days later. I called in today, May 28th, and told the employee in customer service what happened. I said the charge needed to be reversed immediately or it would be reported as fraud. He stated "go ahead and report it to your bank then". I then requested to speak to a supervisor, who stated her name was Kathy, who promptly hung up on me after I requested her and the previous employees name. She reassured me that she has documentation of me cancelling the order twice, BEFORE the order was shipped. She states there "is no way" to have my money refunded in less than 7-10 days. I said what if I was depending on that extra money to pay rent or buy food. Kathy responded "well you shouldn't be buying the product then". This is a completely unprofessional response and is in no way a concern to her of what I spend my money on. I encourage you guys to pull the call because the way I was treated by Kathy, the supervisor, and the previous employee is disgusting. I am asking for my money back immediately. 7-10 days is will result in a lawsuit.

      Sportsman’s warehouse absolutely lost all of my business this morning. I purchased a firearm on April 5, 2023. On April 11, 2023 my local PD processed my proceed for the firearm. The manager Brenden neglected to do his job and update my paperwork until I called and pressed the issue on may 1st 2023. They call me back and tell me everything it processed and I can come pick up my firearm. After driving an hour and a half from port Angeles I’m informed because the firearm has a threaded barrel they have to refund me and can not sell me the firearm. Had Brenden done his job and updated my paperwork in a timely fashion, the ban which passed two weeks after I had a proceed for my firearm would not have effected me and I would have wasted hours of my time at this store. Very disappointed and will never spend my money at this store again.

      5-17-23 Update: I reached out to the email that the owner asked me to in response to my review over the weekend. The email said they would be in touch in 24-48 hours. Almost 72 hours later I have no response from anyone in customer service, management, or the owner.

      Update 5-28-2023: customer service has responded to my email once on 5-19-2023 offering me a extremely small discount on my next purchase. I told them that was not good enough since they violated my rights by their mere negligence. They have not responded back two either of my two emails I followed up on with them. It appears sportsman’s warehouse supports abolishing our second amendment right. The owner responded to my review with a generic customer service email which is obviously non responsive with no real care in mitigating the issue.

      I ordered a fishing reel online to pickup in store for an upcoming fishing trip. The reel is now not in stock and they have to ship it from another store which means it won't get here on time. I called customer service and it takes them 2 or 3 business days to refund a gift card. Now I have $150 sitting in limbo and now fishing reel.
