      I ordered a box of bullets (not a hazardous material) on May 5, 2023 and the item was scheduled for delivery by May 10, 2023. I received an email this morning May 8 that stated that the item was being shipped to one of their stores which is 40 miles away. I telephoned customer service and was told that "there's nothing we can do, a refund will be sent to our cust service department they have 5 business days to review the request and the refund takes up to 17 business days". I asked for a supervisor and this request was denied. The business should issue a refund IMMEDIATELY

      I planned to purchase an item from Sportsman Warehouse (SW). Unfortunately, the only available gun I found was in a store 90 miles away. So I called the store on Friday, 04/21/2023, to verify that the handgun was in stock and that I had all the necessary paperwork and they confirmed that a temporary driver's license issued by the State of AZ MVD was acceptable. I called back on the morning of 04/22/2023 and verified that the pistol was in and that a temporary AZ DL was sufficient. On arrival, I stopped by the gun counter to inform them I had come, verified the pistol was available, showed the employee my DL, and told them I would also like to trade in a current gun. We agreed to a lunch break, and I returned to the store shortly after eating.
      At this point, I began to deal with Scott ****** P*******, AZ 86301. Although others were helping Mr. ******, he was not very helpful. He was reluctant to value my trade-in and complained about the process. In addition, he would not allow me to get the credit discount until I asked a more senior manager, and yes, I was entitled to the discount. In the end, the following is the deal (contract) to which we agreed: SW 5.7 $649.99 + Trade-in $-325.00, Ammo - $99.98, Credit Discount $-50.00 = 374.96
      Mr. ******, after our agreement, goes to the back office for a while, and when he returns, he tells me that Sportsmans Warehouse does accept temporary DLs but not the kind I have. So I asked him what others were there, then those issued directly by the AZ State DMV (not a third party). He had no explanation but to show me an example of an AZ DL printed on paper. I am currently contemplating if this needs to be reported to the ATF.
      Later I obtained the same thing Mr. ****** used as an example0, which I forwarded to Mr. ******, asking him if this were acceptable and if yes, I would drive up again on 04/23/2023. He agreed and stated that the document was good. Approximately an hour later, he emailed me again, asking now for the actual DL.

      I placed an order online on 3/23 for an item (order # **********). On 3/29, I was informed it was available in store for pickup. On 3/30, I went to the store to view the item and did. It care for the quality. I called the main number to cancel and requested a refund. I was told it would be 5-7 business days for the reverse to show up on my credit card. I have called twice since and sent 4 emails and am continuously told it’s “in process”. It has now been over 3 weeks and I have still not been refunded. I just want my full refund of 579.14 immediately.

      INFORMATION ONLY - On 3/23/23 I placed online order #********** (item150722) for $2229.36 (TT-15 shotgun) with a price guarantee -$113.08. On 3/28/23 I discovered I had mistakenly placed the wrong order. I then went to the local store and asked if I could cancel and place the correct order. I was told ABSOLUTELY; I'll go into the back room and take care of it. When the clerk returned I was assured the order had been cancelled. He stated it hasn't even been processed yet. The clerk then processed order #********** (item 1507421 - different model of TT-15) for $1718.24 I subsequently discovered I had been billed for both items and had only been credited the $113.08 price match. I should receive a refund of $2116.28 as they already refunded $113.08. I was told it would take 7/10 days to correct. After 10 days and at least 6/7 contacts with Customer Service, it was not corrected. On 4/7/23 I filed a disputed claim with my credit card company. I do owe $1718.24 for the proper purchase. No supporting documents required. They have all the information.

      I ordered a Odin Work Atlas 5.56 Compensator-Silver/Black. It was originally supposably, coming from my hometown in Chattanooga. I tried to call them directly. Each time I called there was a 1 hour hold time, finally after be hung up on twice, I finally got ahold of Tiffany at “Sportsmans Warehouse” who was extremely rude and had no empathy. She offered me -0- option’s, and treated me like a lier. When I asked to speak to her supervisor she told me his name was GATOR and is not available to speak to me.

      The business provided a 10% promo code but never took the discount out of the order total.

      I received an email with a promo code for 10% off of the order spending more than $100.00. The disclaimer of the promo code reads as "*Coupon is single use only and 10% off (up to $100) on purchases of $100 or more. Excludes gift cards, guns, and ammunition. Offers cannot be combined."

      Items I purchased are items that are not gift cards, guns, or ammunition. A Promo code was applied to the order, but the discount was never taken out. I called and spoke with a supervisor who claims his name is Zach. He says there is nothing they can do other than cancel the order. The excluded items were clearly fined printed and they didn't want to honor what they sent in writing. This is totally misleading and treating customers wrong!!

      I want the vendor to refund the difference of $28.07 for the resolution.

      I ordered an item online for in-store pickup, placed on Feb 22, 2023 (order number **********). I came to pick up the item in store on Mar 1, 2023, I got talked into putting part of the order on a credit card, and one item was billed to a credit card. The original payment for the item in order ********** was never refunded. I have sent multiple email chains and phone calls to this company. Once the conversation gets to the point where I prove their mistake, they refuse to respond. In the documents attached, you can see the item number is the same between the online order and the in-store purchase.

      Starting in December of 2022 I received multiple advertisement emails about purchasing a 6 pack of Ten Point Non-Lighted Pro Elite 400 Carbon Crossbow bolts for $44.99. However when you click on the email the webpage you are taken to clearly states 6 pack in both the header and the product description. When you try and add said product to your cart. You are asked to select a color and your choice is yellow for $44.99 or black for $79.99. When you select yellow for $44.99, the title for the product changes slightly. It changes to enough to state 3 pack. However the product description does not change, it clearly states 6 pack. I contracted Sportman's Warehouse near the end of January and after some back forth they told me that this was correct because their advertisement stated "from $44.99". At this point all I was asking them to do was to modify how the product was advertised to prevent confusion. As of 3/5/2023 they have chosen to ignore this request. I have attached my last email response to Sportsmans Warehouse. They have not responded nor modified the product to prevent confusion.

      I have not received the 5x Explorewards points that Sportsman’s says that I will
      receive for store purchases using the Explorewards card. Minor matter in some ways but I did
      purchase based on the 5x rewards and I followed the requirements to receive them. CS agents
      have given me assurances that the rewards will be posted and
      then the dates come and pass with nothing posted.
      I just want to be treated fairly by Sportsman’s in providing the benefit it promised. That does not
      occur when I am given dates that are continually missed, then extended. I obtained the Explorewards card after Sportsman’s employees said it was a great deal that I should take advantage of.
      The missing points are for purchases on June 30 and August 24, 2022. 1. Credit my account with the missing 4,800 points. I have broken out above the missing points by date. 2. Update my Explorewards account so that going forward I am credited with the 5x rewards points when I have satisfied the points requirements
