      Stay away they are terrible, I ordered three Penn Combo fishing poles and reels. Over 300 dollars I spent. One of the poles arrived broken and one was sent to ******************** and not my residence in *****. They said the broken rod can't be replaced so I got refunded. The rod and reel sent to ******** couldn't be resent unless I cancelled the order and then order and pay for the replacement order. They ultimately insulted me with their offer of ***** off my next purchase. Really???? I went to Bass Pro Shops in ********* TX. and was treated like royalty. They were great and I got what I needed and more. Stay Away from Sportsman's Warehouse unless you enjoy hassles.

      Ordered a firearm online at a great price (Winchester 20ga.) It was shipped within two days and delivered two days after that. No hassles, no headaches.

      I ordered a product more than a month ago. The site says delivery has been delayed. I have sent multiple emails requesting a status check. No response. I called their "Help" line and the person on the other end doesn't have a clue how to do his job. His phone also kept breaking up. This review is to warn online users that Sportsman Warehouse is poorly run, you have a high probability of not getting the product you ordered, and you should take your business elsewhere.

      Sportsmans warehouse is running scams in several ways. I signed up for their credit card only to find out the interest rate is 33% interest even with very good credit. Then they tell you when the card arrives that there is a $3.50 per month fee for paper billing. In order to stop paper billing you need to get the app or get online and weed through the site to find out how to change it. They offer 15% off your first purchase which I never got. When I complained to customer service, they sent me 10% off. But I needed to use this online. The store is over 100 miles from my house. I explained I was not from the area and asked if I could just order online then get the item off the shelf? The clerk said no thats an online only deal. The price of the ammo I was wanting to purchase was $149 on the shelf. When I looked online it was $155 another 3.5% more. That makes the savings only 6.5% a far cry from 15% So why cant you just buy it online and get it there at the store youre already at? Nope they have to send it to the store even though its already there. Isnt this a plain restocking issue? They dont want you to know the online prices are higher than regular store prices. I then decided to look around the store a bit more. When I looked at their gun safes.theres a big sign in red saying SALE $2199 however on that same sign it says was $******* whats the sale? Are we to believe because a sign says sale and lists a price with the same price on the same sign with a line through it thats an actual sale? I have provided pictures for proof, but Ill stick with cabelas and their card at 9.99 % interest and offers for one year free interest plus points over a card that charges 33% interest plus a $3.50 per month paper billing fee thats not easy to change.

      Ordered fishing *** ****** on-line 1/13/25; it was damaged during shipping; was never delivered to me; *** notified them of such; and is being returned to them (per *** tracking). So I contacted them for refund and provided *** tracking (although they were notified by ***).They will NOT issue refund until they receive the returned package; *** never had a company NOT issue a refund as soon as theyre notified of damaged-being returned shipment. Has anyone had similar experience; did you ever get your refund?

      Wife and I went to the store to buy her a new personal carry pistol. When, after probably an HOUR of handling this one and that one and so forth, the once very helpful employee asked for her drivers license, and came back saying he couldn't sell us a gun because they had an old application from someone that lived at my address who they THOUGHT had a felony. Therefore no one who ever lives in that house in the future, will be able to buy a gun from Sportsman's. As far as they're concerned, a felon still lives there and NO ONE can have a gun that lives there.We went down the street and bought from ********. 5 stars for them. NO stars for Sportsman's and we're going to sue them if they don't delete that old, incorrect information from their system.

      I ordered the day of Thanksgivimg 11 boxes ammunitaion 6 boxes of 380 50 ct ea and 5 boxes of 9 mm 50 ct ea...they were supposed to be picked up at the store on Sunday , when i went they omly had the 9 mm set aside for me , told me to wait for the nest days delivery it is now wed and still no ammo , Spoke to the store manager ***** , he asid they would be in on wed delivered by ***** and i would get a call by 330 that day ..itws 4 pm and still no call and when i call them they dont answer the customer service . they pick up and hang up , it is my understanding before you advertise a product , they shoul have it to support the advertisement , other wise i consdier it a bait and switch or fraud. please file a complaint on my behalf the order number is

      For my experience with this company, it has been by far the worst I have encountered.. I placed an order, they canceled it. Never provided an explanation. Sent me an email stating that I was good to order the merchandise.. That whatever the issue was, had been resolved.. I then placed an for the same merchandise with the same credit card. Just for it to be canceled again.. Still no explanation for why. I'm writing this review to warn others, this is not the service that they say they give.. I wouldn't even give them a star if that was a choice.

      I would give 0 stars if this was offered. We purchased a muzzle loader online on Saturday and received a order#. Today, Tuesday, I went to look for tracking info and there was nothing. Went back online to look for my order and it said it was cancelled. I went to bank account and these charges are pending. Double checked again and the item is STILL showing in stock. Called online number and was told I needed to wait 3-5 days to have money refunded. They are knowingly taking money for items they do NOT have in stock. I asked to speak to a manager and she said no. Someone would either call me or Id get an email. What???? Horrific CS and I believe illegal bait and switch practices. How many folks have been charged, they take money let it sit in their account for 3-5 days making interest on items they do not have in stock.
