      On 10/15/24 I ordered a pair of boots, a shirt, and pair of pants. They showed in stock and for me to pick up the next day. I went to pick it up and they had no record of my order. I told the manager to cancel my order, and he stated he did but would not give me a confirmation. I waited with no refund for my order that I never got, so I called and they did not have a record of the cancelation so i requested the cancelation and refund. Now 10/31 I have called back to find out where my refund is and they again have no record of my cancelation! When asked to speak to a supervisor you get put on hold as a tactic to get you to hang up. NO excuses for this and I still don't have my money back.

      This afternoon around 12:30 - 1:00 p.m., I stopped by Sportsmans Warehouse in ******, ** to pick up some ammo. I noticed a stack of Blazer 9mm ammunition in front of the sales counter. One salesperson was behind the counter, chatting with a non customer and ignoring me. When I asked the clerk for the price of the Blazer ammo, he told me it was $13.99. I remembered seeing a sale flyer, so I checked the website and found a discounted price for the same product. I showed the clerk the item on my phone and asked if I could purchase it at the advertised price. He replied that the sale price would apply at checkout, explaining that he hadnt had time to update the price labels yet. He lied.I then asked if he had a case available, as I didnt want to grab 20 individual boxes from the display. Again, he responded that all the boxes had been put out and there were no more in the case. He lied again. His tone made it clear that he was annoyed by my questions, even though I was the only customer in the store at the time. I gathered the items and asked him to check me out, but he told me I had to pay up front. A third lie.While at the front counter, the cashier informed me that there was an additional 5% discount for every 10 boxes purchased. Since I had 25 boxes, I went back to the gun counter for five more. At this point, I noticed two clerks, one of whom was handling a revolver. He had his finger on the trigger and was waving it around while leaning against the back shelf. His behavior was reckless, dangerous, and completely unprofessional. No customer should have to witness an employee mishandling a firearm like that. The management needs to enforce stricter standards of professionalism and safety before someone gets shot.

      Worst experience ever attempting to purchase a firearm. I ordered on 9/28/24, within the last week and a half my order was sent to 2 different states other than the 1 I live. Please make it make sense I dont understand how this can happen twice. This company needs to be investigating because someone's firearm being shipped to a wrong address is unacceptable.

      On the 1st of October I made an online order with this firm. I was in receipt of the order number and was given an arrival date for the order at a local store, in this case, *****, ** for one week out or the 7th of October. During that period I tried to find out the status of the order and each time the website said 'shipping pending.' It was not until the 7th of October that I rang them up to discover that while the shipping is 'free,' they only ship every other week from UT to ***The result, then, was I was told that it would take another week for the items to be shipped so I would receive them a week later than the shipping date on the confirmation email after ordering.This of course means they have my capital for two weeks to do with what they wish. The caveat was that if I wanted to cancel the order it might take two weeks for the capital to return to my bank. As I pointed out, if they'd said the shipping was an 'estimate' or explained that the shipping was every other week I might have been placated. As it is, this is the last time I shall order from this shambolic company.

      Terrible customer service, I ordered an item from them on sale. A week later I received a canceled order notification. I reached out to customer service and they did nothing to help resolve the issue. Buyer beware!

      Made a online order with numerous items. "They" cancelled one item that was out of stock, but will not refund my money for the item I did not receive. Do not trust Sportsman Warehouse if you order online with them. Customer service won't even talk or call you. If they don't send it to you or if you don't like it, your not getting your money back. I agree with ********** review.

      Do not order from this company!! I ordered 2 pairs of wading boots on sale from them and decided one pair was too small and needed to order a size bigger which they did not have in stock. I asked for a refund and they told me on sale items are not eligible for return. I let the *** know I was never notified during my online purchase that the items ordered were ineligible for return or I never would have ordered them. She stated that is part of their return policy. I asked for a supervisor, she came on an read their policy to me. I let her know again I wasn't notified the item was ineligible for return and I order plenty on line with a multitude of companies and have always been notified during my order if an item can't be returned. She stated that this is their policy, I asked for an exception to their policy especially considering half the order I didn't plan to return. She put me on hold, and came back on and stated they updated their website to notify future purchasers that sale items were not eligible for return. Give me a break, how dumb does she think the consumer public is. I let her know she just let me know she recognized the online purchase process was misleading and was still unwilling to do anything to rectify my situation. I eventually had to hang up. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, they don't care about your satisfaction!

      I was not surprised to find very negative ratings on the BBB site for this company ! Avoid these people ! Ordered an incorrect item. They refused to cancel my order BEFORE it had been picked and processed in ****. Because it was inconvenient for them. Now the stuff sits here useless and I am out money. "Just return it !". 96-mile round trip to nearest *** drop off. "Print the label and schedule a pickup !" Print the label where ? I have not been able to afford ink cartridges for years -- I am poor. Many Gotchas living in such a rural county in the *****, because I can't afford to live anywhere else. The people at Sportsman's Warehouse don't seem to understand everyone's situation IS NOT THE SAME ! I have never even owned a 'smart' phone -- costs too much. These people need to start paying attention to what is inconvenient for customers -- and not themselves. Zero stars.

      This store lost my REGISTERED firearm and has lied about it the entire time. Going on 2 weeks and still can not be found. The 3076 number that replies to all of the negative feedback will go along with the stores lies, and even make up their own to get you off of the phone. Rude employees that dont know their own policies, and do not care at all about customer service. Horrible business all together.

      Called 4 times over the last three weeks about a gun that I brought that was never shipped out. Everyone that I call they always tell me that it is being investigated. Last time I call a woman told me my order never shipped because it was out of stock and when I questioned why are they selling items thats out of stock the lady hung up in my face. Never ever ever order anything from them. Never had such an hassle ordering online before. This place needs to be shut down.
