      These ******* canceled my order because the credit card used was in my dads name. He was buying me a birthday present but since the name didnt match to the account that I made they canceled it and told me to buy a gift card. So I bought an electronic gift card and it has not been emailed to me. Should be instant. This place is a joke.

      I purchased bear spray while on a road trip while on a camping trip and never used it but when I got home 1 of the 2 cans leaked,, It was 32 days after purchase and the company refused to refund this product.. I sent photos as requested and still refuse to assist me and pass the buck to corporate which turned out to be a call center and also they refused to help me... I suffered a minor injury from the leak in the can on my face and it spoiled several articles of clothing when I stored it in baggage.. I also called the store I purchased and they too were not interested in helping me other then saying I can go back to the store I bought it in in Virginia... or I live in South ******* and they didn't seem to care or offer any options..I have email confirmation from them and I may consult an attorney for damages instead of just receiving the refund I requested and would have left at that.. More than poor customer service and reviewing all these negative comments surprises me this company still exists

      Purchased a Tactacam Reveal SK Solar Celluar camera online for a gift. The camera box was opened, parts missing, and the directions were crumble up. I called to return it and keep getting the run around. Never would I recommend this company.
