      I have purchased multiple guns and a large volume of ammo from them. The last handgun I purchased from them was defective. I went back to them a few days later and they refused to replace it. Said it had to be fixed and that it would cost me. Forced me to sign up and pay for their service plan. A broken brand new gun never fired and returned days later and they will not stand by their sale. Will only try to make more money off the broken gun they sold me.

      I order something online from the Sportsman's Warehouse near my house. They sent the wrong item and they would not exchange it. The manager was very rude and uncaring. I told him he was going to loose my business and he replied "O well"

      I think they will sell you items that you are told are on sale the ad states the sale price,as well as the sign above the ***** 357, and 45 ******* lever action rifles and I was rung up for ****** sale price is still ****** . I took the ad and my receipt back to the store on *********** in ************ and a rude employee named *********************** told me agressively that I was wrong and when I asked to speak to someone else he stood and taunted me. If we would have been someplace that had any customer service this would never happen . I walked away from him but he followed me to express his opinion a few more times and I left . I hope someone that can do something reads this cause I will never go spend **** bucks there again . Bad experience on what should be a special occasion. Never again ***********************. Hope you have a great ********** your name isn't *******? May your hunts be the biggest waste of time money and effort you put into any of your trips. Tip pick a different store or business.

      That one star would be a zero if it could. They sent me an offer for an Explorewards card which would offer a discount for my first purchase. Turns out apparently the discount expires so by the time you get your card in the mail 20 days later you're out of luck.Shame on me but I tried to give them another try and take them up on their price match program for a product that they sell for $39.99 and Midway USA sells for $17.88 !!!!!!! Wow somebody is making a killing on that everytime they sell one.! I went online and of course there is no way to request a price match online. I call their customer service number to handle the price match and I'm told that I would have to email there own web page along with the company I want to match, THEN PAY THEM THEIR FULL PRICE FOR THE PRODUCT WITH THE PROMISE THAT IF MY PRICE MATCH WAS APPROVED I WOULD GET A REFUND !!?? That is not a price match. That is a bait and switch fraud ..... Period plain and simple !!!DO NOT BUY FROM SPORTSMANS WAREHOUSE. THEY ARE A FRAUD !!!!!

      I purchased a BRAND NEW hunting rifle online on October 8th, 2022. When I went to pick it up I immediately noticed the cerakote on TWO THIRDS of the barrel was extremally damaged and the camo pattern on the stock was flawed as well. The staff told me it was clearly a display modal and it should have never been sold. After requesting an immediate refund, the manager disappeared for 20 minutes and came back to tell me he was trying to find another rifle. They offered nothing for my time and frustration until I contacted corporate. They gave me a $50 in store credit but did not mention any restrictions. I tried to purchase ammo but it failed. I had to email them to find out that the credit did not apply to ammo. So I purchase some ammo storage cans online. When I received my package it had a 5 can ammo tray instead of the 4 can ammo tray that I ordered. So I called them and they said that item was out of stock. I went back online after the call and the product is still being sold online as if it was still in stock. THIS COMPANY IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBIULITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS! STAY AWAY! BUYER BEWARE!

      I took my AR15 in to the location Asian at *********** in ********* in ******* ******* to have it cleaned When I went backup to pick up my rifle I was informed by the person that had been cleaning it that it wasn't going back together the way it was supposed to He informed me that he tried to Bang it back together and it just didn't work I wound up taking it to another gun store and found out that the lower receiver was warped

      wish I could put zero stars. Purchased two trail cameras, one was defective, contacted GSM (mfg) as stated on package with no success, contacted SW for a return, and they told me pretty much tough luck, as I need to work with mfg. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars over the years there. NEVER AGAIN. Bass pro shops/Cabelas only.

      I will NEVER do business again here, the customer service staff and manager need a ****** in customer service. (Check out all the negative reviews).Today,8/27/22 145pm at ************, **., I introducted myself to two women behind the front counter and let them know I made a appointment with the gun ***** service center. The first female customer service agent wanted to know what I had in my bags. I had 3 bags. I answered Sprinfield AR-15, XD-45 and $2000.00 worth of scopes and lights. She snapped back at me, " I DIDN"T ASK YOU FOR WHATS IN THE OTHER BAG!". I told her she was being rude. She told me she would get the manager. She went up to and told manager ********************* to kick me out of the store. I said to ***** "what did she say- kick me out of the store?"***** ignored me and started to check me in. She told me what steps to follow and I complied. After we checked in my AR-15, I notice the first customer agent was working at the first front cash registered talking to a young man with a black shirt, who unbeknown to me must have been in-house security, bc he had NO merchanise. I retrived my XD-45 from the front counter, while our backs where towards the front counter. I notice the same young male come up to the front counter where I left my grocey outlet bag with my scopes and flashlights. I placed my XD-45 down on the back counter with the cable lock through the chamber and magazine, pointing towards the rear wall- as instructed with my AR-15. Turned around to my right, away from *****, as his right hand reached towards my bag. I told ***** I am going to get my bag off the front counter. She demanded why? I replied " B.C. that *** is trying to rip it off". Then ***** flipped out, accusing me of pointing my 45 at her and told me to leave. How? it is laying down on the back counter pointing towards the rear wall, still cable locked!I When I bought my guns, I never had any issues with **, ****** or ***. They have seen my calm demeanor while I waited for a long

      Im never one to say a bad word unmerited. This company is the absolute worst Ive Ive felt with. Lies, cancelled orders, 15 calls in with zero honest responses. Bottom line: they will sell you a rifle, that they say is in stock, ready to ship, then knowing that that do not have or might not ever have it, start sending it to drop shippers, basically other sellers, only to find it may or may never arrive. Awful communication, awful everything. I cancelled, called budds gun shop, and got it in 2 days . Avoid this company like the plague.
