      Salesman came by on a day I was already having wasp problems. He gave me a discount on first treatment (their price is way too high otherwise) and I agreed to a 2nd treatment for one month later. HE pushed and pushed for bimonthly treatments for a year and I said absolutely not. I paid the $195 twice after the 2 treatments and said THAT WAS ENOUGH. They agreed I hadnt signed a years agreement but still sent a tech out in 2 months to spray and i said no. NOW they expect ME to pay back the $200 discount they had given me upfront. This company is desperate for business!

      We had great service today from Ecoshield and they were SUPER detailed with inside and outside sprays. ***** was super personable and we are very pleased with the service!! Today was our first service and it was great!

      I just had a service for grasshoppers. *********************** was the technician who applied the application. He called 30 minutes prior to the appointment to let me know he was coming. He arrived at the appointed time and we discussed what he would do. He was quick and efficient. Before he left he went over the service he had just performed. He did a excellent job and I was very happy with his work.

      I also have a no soliciting sign and they came 2 times to the door and then the 3rd time they got me I was outside and I to thought I was just getting a one time deal and they say and then signed up for a 2 year treatment plan. I have sent a cancellation form to them and also called on the phone which you really can not understand the customer service people and yes they keep you on the phone forever trying to get a deal and then I had someone else call again and then I called them back again stayed on the phone again sent 2 emails stated that someone is trying to get a hold of me and no that was not try so now even I said cancel they still want me to call and I will probably be charged the $200 fee which ok not happy about but they are truly hard to cancel, so again today I have to call again to say freaking cancel my contract not happy stupid move on my part . I just want them to stop !!!

      This company has come by several times to our home after repeatedly asking them not to, nor have they respected the No soliciting sign posted directly on our doorbell. Today a very rude sales person stopped by again and continued to pressure me to answer his questions, and tried to name dropped my neighbors to get me to engaged when I told him I was not interested in the service. Whoever is on the east ***** route, I recommend respecting the homeowners wishes

      This is the worse company for pest control.They didnt even do the fist treatment correctly left 3 wasp nest called them back and they only removed one.Go with a different company.*************************** Utah

      EcoShield's conduct is dishonest, manipulative, and obstructive when addressing customer concerns.Door-to-door solicitation is an outdated practice that reputable businesses shouldn't rely on.A "route manager" approached my wife at home, ignoring our agreed-upon appointment time for a sales discussion with me. Despite my reluctance, he pushed aggressively to begin work immediately, falsely claiming my wife had authorized it.I reluctantly agreed to one discounted service under the assurance of easy cancellation, only to discover the deception later.Attempts to cancel the service led to 5 days of frustrating exchanges with an unhelpful customer "service" team, who seemed intent on stalling and repeating scripted responses.Their use of an AI-generated texting service under a fake persona further exemplifies their deceptive practices.EcoShield's business model appears built on manipulation and customer wear-down tactics.Only after persistent efforts, I obtained written confirmation that my account was closed and billing information removed.Considering similar experiences from other users, I recommend avoiding EcoShield entirely for pest control services.

      We had a representative stop by our house last year and offered a one time service with the left over chemicals they had on their truck. All we had to do for this one time discount service was swipe our card and sign the Ipad. Little did we know it was a service contract. We tried multiple times to get it cancelled and was getting the run around. They were very deceptive and unethical in their practices to get people to sign up for their services. Today I was finally able to reach someone, who kept me on the phone for 30 minutes offering a discounted rate for the remaining term in our "contract". Finally was able to cancel the fake deceptive contract for $151.00. Beware they are a scam and will use unethical practices and deception to trap you into their services.

      Buyer beware! Never have I paid so much for so little! Shame on me for succumbing to the high pressure door to door sales pitch. In a weak moment, I decided to give the service a try having seen some box elder bugs seasonally on occasion. I tried the service for 3-4 months before ending the contract in disgust. (Having to sign a contract for that type of service should have been my first red flag) Meanwhile, a tech showed up again to treat our home. My pregnant wife wasn't feeling well & she knew that I was trying to cancel the service so she didn't open the door for the guy. Instead of leaving & trying to reschedule, he spent 2-3 minutes spreading dust on the front of the house in the rain & left. We got invoiced for the full service which should have been inside the house, front & back yards! The local office is nondescript, barely marked & locked from the public. When I visited, one of the office workers opened the door & seemed sympathetic to my plight. She took my info & said she would try to waive the cancellation fee & get back in touch. She didn't. I returned a few days later & asked again. A couple of days later I got a text saying that it would cost me $200 to cancel the contract. By that time I had also received an invoice for $82.50 for the "discounted" service call that I neither wanted nor did the tech properly complete. I couldn't get through to the local office via phone in order to contest the invoice so I was forced to navigate the ********** call center once again. It cost me $82.50 for the last tech to show up & $150.00 to cancel the contract. Perhaps Ecoshield is a pest control service, I'm not so sure. However make no mistake, they are absolutely in the business of coercing people into signing predatory, over priced contracts & enforcing them. I would encourage anyone that needs pest control to do their homework & get competitive bids before signing any agreement or contract.

      I am having the same issues as other one star reviews. Their service did not get rid of wasp nests after three services in two months. I tried to cancel, but their scam is first to put you on hold, then you wait and wait, and then the original admin come back on the phone and says she needs to forward to the solutions team. No one will call back from their solutions team. I had same experience trying to cancel several times. I get the scam, they will not cancel the agreement.Do not engage this business.
