    I have their maintenance contract. They are Always on time, always professional, always happy to answer questions. Helped me find a reasonably priced HVAC unit when the time came. Would definitely recommend.

    We signed up for a service contract with Krafft MANY years ago after experiencing problems with our electric furnace in the mid-1980's. We had three successive companies in to troubleshoot and resolve the problem; none was able to do so. A neighbor suggested I contact Krafft; their technician not only quickly diagnosed the problem and corrected it, but was able to vastly increase the heat generated by our system so that it did not have to run as frequently. We immediately signed up for a service contract and have been extremely pleased with the level of service over these many years. We also had Krafft install a new HVAC system when our antiquated system finally expired and their semiannual service calls have kept it operating quite well over the succeeding years..This most recent occurrence was yesterday (July 21st, 2024) when we returned home in the early afternoon to find the temperature in our house was nearly 80 degrees! I immediately called Krafft and was told that a technician would, in fact, arrive that afternoon.I would like to commend **** on his exceptionally quick response and ability to diagnose the problem -- which was a faulty thermostat (not entirely surprising given it was nearly 15 years old). He installed a new unit, gave us a tutorial on how it functioned and also programmed it to our specifications.In addition, he was very personable; we had a great chat as he was troubleshooting and performing the necessary work.I would not hesitate to recommend Krafft Service Corporation to anyone in need of quality and timely HVAC repairs and servicing.
