Over and over I have tried to have all of my personal information is listed on the website Nuwber.com My name, address, date of birth, family members, phone numbers, emails, etc. without success. Each time I have requested to have my personal information removed from this company's website using their own "NUWBER OPT-OUT REMOVE YOUR LISTING" removal instructions that they provide on their website, the link does not work-it is a dead link, and my attempts are unsuccessful. After seeing several of the other complaints from other stating the same experience, I am convinced that this sham of a company is more than aware that the link does not work, and they want to make it difficult for people who don't want their private information shared on such a public format to be able to remove their information so easily. My "Desired Resolution" for this issue is for NUWBER to remove my information from their website, without the cookie cutter template explanation that they have given to others who have complained about having their information on their website. I already know that my information "Is already in free access and openly circulates on the Internet"- but that does not mean that I want Nuwber compiling my information and making it a one stop for my personal information to be pilfered. In closing, I'll utilize a word used in Nuwber's cookie cutter response-"clarify". Let me "clarify", my "Desired Resolution" is for Nuwber to remove my information Immediately.Business Response

This company aggregates personal identifying information and FRAUDULENTLY claims to offer an opt out option. The removal link they feature is a sham. After having trouble opting out on my own, for the past several months I have employed a paid service (********) to attempt to opt out on my behalf. Nuwber has seemingly ignored all correspondence and we have found no success in securing this request. I was looking at my house online to see how it compared to others in the area. I have not decided rather to put up for sale. Nuwber was showing my name and number and I clicked on it. There was all my info and even invited others to download my personal information they provided. They listed people related to me that I have never heard of. I was appalled. I went online and asked for it to be removed immediately, and that was a couple weeks ago. They have not! I told my daughter and she looked it up and again, there was everything about her and had all these named attached and her phone number (which fortunately is incorrect). I want my information removed and I want something done to these people to prevent further posting of private information! This is outrageous!Business Response
