      Do not purchase from this company as they lack experienced technicians who are familiar with varies system hook-**** I thought I was purchasing a new system from a long-time reputable business only to learn that it's the complete opposite. I have had 8 service calls since the installation due to various issues. Yes, 8 service calls in less than 7 months of the installation. I've been without heat several times and called the emergency service line only to learn that my calls were never answered until I call the installation manager. I'm at the point that I want this system removed from my home. The service is unacceptable. Stay away from this company. I have nothing pleasant to say about my experience.

      The service technician Marcellus is a superstar. An absolute expert. He talked me through what he would do to service both fireplaces. Takes extra care to protect and clean up the workspace. Friendly and easy to talk to. Cyprus provides superior customer service. Appointment was easy to make. Received text reminder about appointment. Contacted day before and morning of that technician was on the way. I would recommend Cyprus again and again. Thank you.

      Friendly & courteous!
      Inspection & cleaning the gas fireplace was thorough
      & very professional . At the end of the job, the area was clean & orderly.

      Cyprus Air installed a new HVAC system in my house in July which failed inspection with the county due to a gas leak. When they came out I mentioned to them that the heat function also does not work. They looked at it and said the thermostat they installed was the wrong one and they would replace it. They still have not come back out. I called just now to ask when they would be back to fix this since I now have no heat and they are telling me there is a service charge?! THEY installed this unit which was bought from them and they aren't standing behind their work! I will NEVER recommend Cyprus!
