      Good prompt service. Excellent notification of visit, and they came when they said they would.
      Technician Juan Gabriel was friendly and thorough and did a great job servicing my gas fireplace.

      Brian was friendly, efficient and professional. He clearly explained the installation, clarifying the timeline, and quickly answered all my questions. I've received only excellent service from Cyprus.

      While their installation technicians are great, their Customer Service department is terrible! Our gas fireplace was installed in early June but it wasn't until the end of October that we received the permits and final inspections. Cyprus had filed for the wrong permits and kept telling me all summer they were just waiting for them to come through. I had to follow-up with the DC government myself to figure out what was going on. No one I contacted in Cyprus Air's Customer Service department was any help.
      Also, beware. The fine print in the contract says they can collect the balance of the payment once installation has started, not when the fireplace becomes usable. Thus, they have no incentive to finish the job. But they had no problem charging the monthly maintenance fee starting July 1st!

      Cristian was outstanding. He explained everything about the operation of my fireplace so that I can confidently operate it. He reviewed safety procedures with me that I did not previously know. Great job and happy to have him service our fireplace.

      Brian E******* is professional, competent, loyal to quality and courteous gentleman. He put my mind at ease about what I thought was a gas leak to my fireplace. Then he cleaned, serviced and repaired my gas fireplace.
      He was awesome and I am happy and the cost was well worth it.
