      Installed new air handler and condenser through Cyprus Air. Paid approx. $7,500. Their installer left a tiny pinhole in the brazed connection by the condenser unit. There was a visible oil spot by that location. Called Cyprus Air and asked to come by and repair the system under warranty. Their technician came and he said he could not find the leak. So I called a third-party company, who sent a knowledgeable technician who located the leak and made the permanent repair. This cost me another $950. I cannot recommend Cyprus Air to anyone.

      I appreciate the quality of service that I received from Cyprus air and their technicians this morning on August 4, 2024, technicians Mr. *************************** and ******* were outstanding, very professional, courteous and respectful of the property and of me as the customer.       DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, no matter that it is the ********** vendor. They are unreliable, they will lie to you, and they have no sense of customer service. After diagnosing my A/C mechanical problem, I was lied to twice about when the technician would come back to repair it. The second time they missed the appointment because they couldn't be bothered to get the correct part in time. And no, they did not call to tell me they weren't coming: I had to call myself at 5:30pm to get the news that they wouldn't honor their Monday appointment because of employee error...and that their next appointment was FRIDAY. No apologies, no effort to make up for their error. I ended up having to CANCEL MY VACATION because of the delay and wait on pins and needles for days waiting for someone to finally honor their promise to make the simple fix...days AFTER they charged me over $1K for the missed visit. Horrible, horrible company.

      Samar was professional. However I dont agree with discounts they claim they are giving. Going with 36 month no interest at *********** we have pay extra $1700. Not making any sense. Anyway, I do appreciate the estimate.

      On the basis of an advertisement offering up to 30% discount, I contacted Cypress Air to receive a complementary in-home visit from a technician to provide an estimate for my fireplace. On Saturday, June 8, 2024 ************************* came to my home in **********, looked at my fireplace and gave me a quote that was double the amount set for in the Cyprus air brochure for a particular fireplace set. ************** professed no knowledge of the advertisement offering up to 30% discount. This had all the aspects of a bait and switch scam. ************** said that someone from his office would contact me on the next business day, but no one did. Since Cyprus Advertises an A+ rating from BBB, I wanted you to know how unreliable their Marketing promises are. Thank you. ****************

      The installation personnel did the installation in a professional manner. They worked without a break, and were very cooperative in answering questions. Installation was inspected be the county and passed.
