      Truly received the best customer service as I awaited installation of my gas logs. Roberta (along with his assistant) ensured the work was completed in very little time and explained in detail as to how everything worked. I’m warm on the outside but most importantly I am warmed on the inside for feeling as if it was worth the time and money spent! Kudos to the company.

      Excellent service along with maintaining a great attitude…being that the work was done during a period of rainy and cold weather. Would welcome Roberta (along with his co-worker) back to my home for additional work. Roberta went an extra mile by being thoughtful in clearing out space in my garage to ensure easy access to my fireplace in my basement. Kudos to them & please reward their excellent representation of your company’s vision & mission statements.

      Their purchasing process was low key, not pushy. The maintenance rep we’ve had twice (Marcellus) is wonderful- friendly, professional, knows his craft and is just such a nice person. Great experience.

      Brian is the most friendly, dedicated to professionalism and took the time to explain how to restart the fireplace if the gas has been shut off. I want Brian to come back to my home each time I need maintenance. I only wish other people that come to service items in my home were like Brian! Anyone who has Brian come to their home should be elated!
