      Management and upkeep of the community is poor.
      You will be ghosted by management and or maintenance. If or when you receive a reply it will be weeks to months later.
      The maintenance cannot resolve to fix community space amenities timely.
      Broken garage door took 8 weeks to fix.
      Gym A/C has been broken all summer making it an unusable space because of the heat and humidity.
      Pool chairs are broken and not enough for the # of residents that use the pool
      Rooftop tv doesn't work, chairs have holes in them.
      First floor has a leaking ceiling that has been ongoing for the duration of me living here.

      The experience has been horrible and frustrating.
      -The no smoking policy wasn’t enforced - they merely put up signs and sent emails. There was no penalty, no fine, just emails.
      -I was verbally assaulted in the gym. Again, no action whatsoever, just a call and email to follow-up. No penalty, fine, repercussions for the couple who assaulted me.
      -The gates in the dog park were constantly broken and dogs escaped.
      -Constant theft in the parking lots, breaking into cars.
      -Mask policies weren’t enforced - again, more emails were sent out to remind people.
      -No security or cameras in the parking lots.
      -Stolen and missing mail was CONSTANT.
      -Machines in the gym were broken and took weeks to fix.
      -Garbage disposable was broken for almost two months and the dumpster was a health hazard, disgusting, unsafe, and unsightly.
      -The pool was barely open this summer and when it was, lifeguards were falling asleep and there was garbage in the pool.
      They overcharge you for every single thing. There’s no humanity or empathy or concern for tenants. It seems like the solution is to send out an email, there were no other repercussions or penalties to breaking the lease. Sometimes they’d post in the FB group too - but very few people interacted. The rent keeps increasing but absolutely NOTHING improved. No amenities improved, no increased security, no added benefits of living there, nothing. They violated their lease agreement so many times and were never held accountable.
