      I purchased the Original Himalayan Salt Lamp (Large) x 1 for $49.97 on August 1, 2023 from the Himalayan Trading Co. (order #***********). It has been nearly 2 months and I still have not received the product I ordered and customer support will not respond my request for a refund. I received a response to my first email to customer support on August 9, 2023 asking for a shipping update in which they claimed they ran into a small issue as our shipment was delayed due to global shipping delay. Worry not, we will ship all orders within the next few days. I also notified our warehouse manager to expedite the shipping process of your order. I emailed customer support again on September 13, 2023 and September 16, 2023 requesting a refund and in the latter email I indicate I would file a complaint with the BBB and the attorney generals consumer protection office and I have only received automated email responses. I then called them on or around September 19, 2023 and left a voicemail indicating I will file complaints against them and still no response. Himalayan Trading Co. is committing fraud by charging customers for product they never receive.

      On 7/17/23, I ordered a large salt lamp from the Himalayan Trading Company's website and it said it should ship in 5 to 8 business days. On 8/2/23, after there had been no communication from the company about a delay and no shipping notification I emailed them to see what was happening with the order. That same day they emailed me back and I was told there was a delay but that it would ship out in the next few days. On 8/12/23, I emailed them again about my order as there was no follow up communication from the company and no shipping information. They did not respond to my email so I emailed them again on 8/15/23 and called the listed phone number on their website and left a voicemail requesting they cancel my order and requesting a refund. They finally emailed me back on 8/24/23 and said they forwarded my request to cancel the order to their warehouse manager and it was now processing. I emailed them again on 9/7/23 and 9/12/23 and they have not responded to my emails and have not refunded my purchase. I don't know if this website is a scam. They just basically stole my money.

      I placed an order on June 6th for two lamps and two replacement bulbs totaling $100.19. The order was supposed to ship within 5-8 days. The money was debited from my bank account on June 12th by Himalayan Trading ***************. I emailed and called the company but have yet to receive any correspondence. Similarly, I never received any status update about delayed shipping. As of today, my check order status reflects order has been received. This is incredibly unethical and Id like to figure out where my money actually went and why this companies website is still open for commerce. I would like a refund of the full amount paid, $100.19. I do not wish to continue business with this company and do not want any of their product. This is a deceitful company who apparently gets away with being thieves.

      Ordered 2 grey salt lamps in November 2022 as a Christmas present. I have yet to receive the product and reached out multiple times to the business. I was given one update, that my order would be completed in March. Still never received the product and still says my order is pending. Order number - #*********** Looking to get the product or a full refund.

      I ordered a $60 salt lamp around the 11th of May and still have not received it. I set up payment arrangements when order was made to be drafted out of my account every 2 weeks which they have taken out like clockwork. I still have not received my order and Ive gotten one response to my last couple attempts at communication. I have called , left voicemail and emailed again but get no response. I have asked for a refund in my last email as well as let them know I think they are a scam. Still no response.

      I purchased a salt lamp from this company on April 21st, 2023 for $44.97. In the order confirmation email it states that the item would be shipped between 5 and 8 days. I reached out to the company two weeks after my purchase on May 7th because there was not a status update. I received an email from customer service the following day and they stated that they would expedite my order and it could be shipped as early as May 9th. I checked again a few days later and sent a follow up email on May 12th because there was still no shipping confirmation. As of May 15th they created a shipping label which sent an email to me stating that my order was on the way. As of May 20th, the status of the label states that it is a pre shipment label and it still has not been shipped. I sent another email requesting a refund on May 20th and had not heard back from customer service and sent another email today, May 25th following up on that email. I would like a refund at this point as I do not believe I will be receiving the item I ordered from this company.

      The product I received arrived damaged in the mail. It is not in satisfactory quality whatsoever. It was not packaged appropriately and came without any sort of protection or padding. The on/off switch is damaged, the lamp is crumbling. I notified the company and sent along 7 photos as well as a description, as they requested. They initially informed me that they would need to go through insurance for it and sent me a list of hoops to jump through, including meeting with a shipper. Then it switched to me needing to return it and pay for the return shipping. When I asked for them to cover the cost of the shipping, they stopped responding to any messages. They have not sent me a return shipping label, they have not sent me any additional information NOR have they sent me a refund. I have left messages and emails. They do not stand by their product or their shipping.

      Placed order with company on 11/14/2022 for multiple items. They sent the small dollar priced items but not the 3 most expensive items - 3 rare gray salt lamps. On the invoice they wrote they were back ordered for 2 months - it's been almost 4 months. They now just sent me an email stating they wont be in for another month - 5 MONTHS!!!!I tried to cancel/get a refund but they have only replied to a couple of emails (they seem like automated replies) in almost 4 months and they just keep stating the expensive items are on back order and wont refund my money or even reply to the emails requesting a refund. They do not answer the phone and will not return any phone messages. It has been almost 4 months and they still have not sent my 3 rare gray salt lamps. I was unable to disput it with my bank because they sent a couple of the items in the order and the bank can only reverse the whole purchase amount. They will not send me my rare gray salt lamps and will not refund my $178.11 (without tx) money. I would like my money refunded. As I read the reviews online I see that many people have had this same issue - the company is a fraud!       On 1/2/2023, I order 2 items from this company totaling $170. When I didn't get my order within a couple weeks I checked their website to find a shipping number. There was a USPS tracking number and the message from the tracking number said that USPS had received the information and they were waiting for the package. That was dated 1/9/2023. I have emailed several times trying to get this straighten out. The first response was from ******************** stating what I now know is an automated response. All the other times I have emailed, I get the same response. I want my money back! They are totally unresponsive.

      I made the purchase 3 weeks ago and i have not heard from them. I called, emailed and messaged them thru shop. They are suppose to send within 3-5 days. They are a scam and i want my money back.
