It was a business agreement that I give them $16,000 then $4,000 each month for a campaign and in return I would make at least my $4,000 back if not more. I have a sign agreement that I have attached and other records they have no response to any emails or calls after they sent an e-mail stating they would give more information on the 5th of September. *********************** is **** (owner) partner his number is attached at wellInitial Complaint

I signed up with this company in September 2022. Started making $4000 payments for their *********************** in October. To be approved for this you have to pay them $12,000. I financed the $12,000 & have been making payments of $355.20 each month. They promise you you will get back between $4000 and $10,000 each month. Every month I did get back more than the $4000 paid, until this past month when the site stopped working. Now it appears the company has gone out of business. I will be contacting my credit card for my last $4000 back. I am getting no response from my emails and how convenient they have another company collecting payments for the loan. I have just deleted my auto pay and my bank account information and will make sure my bank knows not to pay this company another dime. Online Academy needs to contact ******* to cancel these loans since the company is now out of business.Customer Answer

At this time, I have not been contacted by Online Academy, LLC regarding complaint ID ********.I previously sent two emails w/ no response. I later called a number provided by the company who oversees payments for the loan (******************** services), and that number is disconnected. Universal was not even aware that Online Academy is no longer in business. I left a voicemail with OA on another number I found and have received no response.

Transaction date: 03/02/2023.This business sells advertising campaigns at $4000 per month and promises a return on investment monthly. The minimum return is $4000, but is estimated to be from $5000 to $10,000 monthly. In addition to this, there is an initial buy in of $12,000 plus $4000 for the first months campaign, totaling $16,000. The company kept to the agreement (I have a signed contract) for 3 months, but then failed to pay out on month 4. They also require an advance payment for the following months campaign, so I invested another $4000 for month 5 (before knowing they werent going to pay out for month 4). An explanation email was sent out apologizing for the temporary pause in service, but no response has been sent out since then. Our contract states that an investor (me) can terminate the contract at any time and be made whole, which means we get all of our investment back, minus profits. The company now owes me $20,991.20 in order to be made whole. They no longer respond to emails or phone calls. I intend to *** this company for breach of contract and am currently looking for a lawyer to take my case. I have a copy of the contract, credit card records, records from Masspay (the service they used to make pay outs), screenshots of their website, copies of emails, etcI originally found out about this company from their ads on ******* and Instagram. All of their ads, and all of their content have now been removed. Their website is still active and I can login, but all of the content videos have been removed. On 7/24/2023, I entered into a contractual agreement with ******************* at Online Academy, LLC wherein I would partially fund their advertising in exchange a partial return on said advertising. The first commission payment was due 9/1/23. On 8/25/23, I received an email stating all operations had been temporarily suspended, with follow-up information promised 9/5/23. As of that date, phone calls, text messages, and emails are ignored or returned undeliverable.Customer Answer

On 7/15/23 I paid Online Academy $3000 for an admin fee & an addt'l $1000 to purchase an advertising campaign. The campaign supposedly began on 7//17/23 & was to conclude 30 days later on 8/16/23; from there both the $1000 purchase price plus any add'l profits were to be paid out on 8/25/23 (i.e. the Friday of the week following the conclusion of the campaign). As such, this payment was guarantied to be at least $1000 so that it would cover no less than the cost to purchase the campaign. In addition to this I was given a guarantee that at any time whatsoever I could receive a full refund of both the cost of the campaign & the admin fee less any profits already paid to me.On 8/16/23, I purchased a second campaign for $1000 with the same essential agreement as the first. This payment also was guarantied to be be at least $1000 so that it would cover no less than the cost to purchase the campaign. In addition to this this I was given a guarantee that at any time whatsoever I could request and receive a full refund of the cost of the campaign less any profits already paid to me.On 8/25/23--the date I was suppose to receive my first guarantied payment of at least $1000--I wrote to ********************************** to inquire about the details of the payment. In response to this I received the following response:"Online Academy has had to temporarily interrupt operations. We are working with our advisors and attorneys to resolve current issues around the campaigns and payments and hope to have answers for all investors and business partners on next steps by September 5th. We apologize for the inconvenience and will have answers as soon as we are able, but no later than September 5, 2023."After reading this, I requested a full refund of $5000 paid to date.9/5/23 has now come & gone with no contact from Online Academy despite numerous follow-*********** & voicemails on my part. Please review the BBB file for another *************************** business, ***************** Alliance LLCCustomer Answer

Online Academy has stopped their service without prior notice and will not respond to emails or phone calls. I have asked their support team to terminate my contract and to issue a refund in the amount of $11,330 in order to make me whole, as per the terms of our agreement. All of my attempts to get in contact with **** are ignored. My last remaining option, if not resolved, is to file suit for breach of contract.Customer Answer
