NSD was suppose to deliver items today that were purchased from ********** early this week. They then changed part of the tracking informatiuon during the delivery period and said that it was now rescheduled for whenever and that they attempted delivery when in FACT THEY DID NOT. I spoke with **********, they sound somewhat clueless about NSD and after reading Consumer Boards and the BBB they are downright scary. Their rating is an F omg how did they even get the contract with **********. I want my delivery, I do not want their excuses or hang ups when calling NSD their customer service who has not a clue what is going on.Business Response

We placed an order on Jan 2, 2024, for a pool table, was told that NSD would be delivering it due to being a large package. Expected delivery date was Jan. 10, 2024, and on Jan 8th they updated and said it had reached the final carrier facility which was the same city as the delivery address and since there was no update, we assumed it would for sure be delivered so my husband took a day off of work to stay home for said delivery, well it never came. It wasn't until the following day that the account was updated to delivery by the 17th. Being frustrated I tried calling NSD to get a live update, I tried this multiple times, and you can never speak with a human or get an answer on their chat! Very frustrating and unprofessional. Finally, we got a scheduled update on NSD website that said January 15th, 2024, between 3pm-7pm, well here it is 1:26pm on Jan 16, 2024, and still not package or update, still just says on the truck for delivery and expected on the 15th. This is a very unprofessional business. ****** even tried calling and could not get an answer from them. This is a $600 order that I would very much like to have delivered ASAP, but it looks like that isn't going to happen! I am hoping that there is some type of compensation I can get from the company since it appears they are just keeping it for themselves.Business Response

I am currently sitting in front of our window watching for a delivery truck and Noone has pulled into our driveway. I work from home so I gave been watching. This company is a joke and I guess someone will be enjoying our pool table on our expense! This is lies!

I ordered a pool on Dec 18th and was suppose to be delivered didn't hear anything from company according to tracking delivery was attempted. There was no delivery attempted. The pool got sent back to ******. I ordered another one the same day this one was suppose to be delivered on January 4th 2024 between 3 and 6 for a email the day before to confirm the date and time. Sat and waited no delivery was attempted or delivery. Called Nsd and no answer called all weekend left messages with no call back. Today is the 9th of January finally got ahold of someone and the lady stated that there was delivery set up that was all ****** and I didn't get a email to confirm either. The next time a truck will be in my area will be on Thursday the 11 th and the appointment was made. I asked who made this appointment because I surely didn't. I have missed 2 days of work due to this company. I told the representative that I wanted a supervisor or managers phone she gave me a email I said nope not emailing anyone want a phone number. The rep stated that this is how a logistics trucking company work. I own a logistics trucking company and this is not how this industry works. I want my pool delivered with no more lies and excuses. If they can't do the delivery then why take the load. This company after reading all the reviews is a fraud and dishonest company that should not be in business no longer.Business Response

I ordered a ***** and ****** portable washing machine on ****** on November 27th. ***** and ****** then used NSD to ship my package. It is now December 14th and I still have not received my order. It didn't leave the facility until December 5th and then it was expected to be delivered on the 11th. It was not. Then it was expected to be delivered on the 13th. It was not. Now its saying between the 13-20th. I have already waited over two weeks for my order. I tried contacting NSD through the online chat but no one responded. Then I tried calling and I sat on hold for 17 minutes until the automated message said a representative will call me back and then disconnected my call. At this point I cant even get a refund from the seller because its still out for delivery, I cant pick it up myself because no one will respond to me and its still not delivered. Unfortunately, our records indicate that the access to the customer's location was limited and with the type of vehicle needed to complete the delivery they could not safety traverse the terrain. We relayed this information to the customer's place of purchase and requested instruction of how they wished us to proceed on October 17th. We received notice from the customer's place of purchase on November 1st to close the order and to return the product back to their facility.

Our system does have a note that a pickup with a trailer would not have been able to turn around due to the width of the driveway, so we apologize if the customer feels this is inaccurate. The driver told me that he could bring the load ion using an electric pallet jack!!! They are lying gthrough their teeth once more!!! We recently purchased a large piece of equipment from a home improvement store that is not in our area. This store uses this company for large deliveries. Our package was scheduled for delivery per the delivery company's set date. When not delivered, I reached out to home improvement store who was amazing with trying to help us figure out the issue. After waiting another week, still no delivery. Called home improvement store again, again amazing customer service, but this shipping company was absolutely no help with any kind of resulution. The large home improvement store could not even reach them by phone to try to figure out the issue.I ended up having to search and find contact info myself and was way less than satisfied with my experience. First day I called, I waited on hold for over an hour, not unexpected, and was given the option for the system to call me back when it was my turn in the call cue. No call back. I called the following morning with the mindset I wasn't going to be off the phone till I talked to someone. When I did, I was even more disappointed with their customer service. I was informed they don't call people back for at least 3 days... From a call cue. Not a voicemail. Unacceptable. I was also told they would do nothing to get my package to me any faster than they felt like. I will be reaching out to home improvement store again and lodging another complaint against this shipping company. I pray I will never have to deal with them again.Business Response

I have no confidence I will get any kind of professional response from the local terminal. I was told by the customer service rep that they do not return calls if they don't feel like it. I ordered a ****** 16Ft. fiberglass D-rung extension ladder with 375Lb. load capacity for a total of $377.27 on May 12,2023 from ********** and they used NSD shipping to deliver it. It was supposed to arrive May 26, 2023. There was a delay with the shipping. I patiently waited and soon the new delivery date was updated to Monday, June 19, 2023. ********** automated call on Sunday stated the driver would call 30 minutes before arriving and the delivery needed to be signed for. my dad waited all day and nothing! I decided to wait to see if there was another delay and a week passed and then the ladder was declared delivered!? I contacted ********** about it and they said that there's nothing they can do and to contact my bank?! I also emailed NSD twice and have gotten no response and their online chat has no agents available. Their Driver is either just irresponsible or a thief!Business Response

This company has been promising delivery for several weeks. They finally confirmed a delivery date and time so I took off work since it was a 4 hour wait time window. They never showed up. I called back and they said the truck is running behind but is IS out for delivery and would be an hour late. Of course it didn't come at all.
