      We purchased ***** Lawn Mower Tractor through *********** and they used NSD to ship the tractor, and per delivery instruction someone from NSD supposed to call me 30 minutes before delivery and they did NOT call us and they marked the tractor as delivered without coming to my property, and as soon I saw the delivery text I did check around my property but no items were delivered and I did NOT see any delivery truck coming to my property as well on that day. so, I immediately contacted the ********** chat support and they spoke to NSDSHIP and asked me touch base with NSD as well, when I spoke to them, they said the local center will take up to 72 hours to respond but so far, no calls from them, and ********** mentioned that it is up to NSDSHIP since they mentioned the item as delivered. thanks Tracking Number:******** Delivery Date:05/16/23 Shipping Provider: Nonstop Delivery Status: DELIVERED

      Ordered Garage Storage Shelving from ********** NSD has had product at their West Valley Utah location since 3-24-23 and still has not delivered was notified that item was to be delivered 0n 4-10-23 and didn't happen their tracking shows dates of delivery of 2-15-23 and that did not happen i am still waiting on delivery it has been over 25 Days with item in their possession and still has not called or notified me of when I can expect delivery.       I placed an order online through *********** NSD acted as the delivery company. The tracking # is ********. Their dishonest delivery person claims they delivered to my address, despite not doing so. I received another item in the same order from ********** on the same day shipped by ***** which was successfully received. My unit number and name are very clearly listed on the front door panel (labels were very recently replaced with labels using clear bold print for all units and are highly legible). Moreover, 2-3 people were home all day, so a buzz would not have been missed. No buzz other than ***** was made.

      Ordered an Electric Fireplace from a home improvement store on 2/16/2023 and they used NSD for the last mile delivery. I never received a call from them like I was told would happen, and when it arrived on 2/22/2023 it was a Double Sink Vanity instead of a Fireplace. I called the store and told them what happened and they said NSD would contact me to schedule a pick up. It has now been a week, no one responds to my emails and I got hung up on twice when I tried to call. Tracking shows that my replacement has been sitting in NSD's local warehouse for 5 days now but they refuse to deliver it until they pick up the sink. I've not been contacted in any way and can't get a hold of anyone. Not to mention I can't get a refund until they return the Sink, which means I have paid double for a Fireplace I have yet to receive.

      NSD had scheduled delivery with me for 1/27/2023 between 8 am and 1 pm, received double confirmation for my delivery. the day of delivery i was notified that there would be no delivery because there are not enough deliveries in my area to justify them coming to my location. I've have called several times and spoken with a NSD representative and every time have ben given a different answer as to where and when someone will reach back to me to schedule delivery. As of today there is no expected delivery date but they have been in possession of the item since 1/24/2023 at the NSD union city hub. NSD tracking for this item is: #********

      Ordered 12 huge BBQs through ********** and they picked this company to deliver. These are 200 lbs each and require to be on 3 pallets. How you lose 12 BBQs during your transit? Apparent ********** contacted them and said they got lost! How its not a small item.There must be some inside work being done to steal items. Also the last time I ordered the boxes came damaged.

      On December 10 2022 I had arranged for a home delivery of a package requiring a signature. Non stop delivery hired ********** Delivery in Phoenix AZ to deliver the package. I spoke to the driver and advised how to enter my apt building thru the office to the elevator to the third floor. I advised I would be home to sign for the package. He sent me text he was 20 minutes away and I replied I was home. Shortly after I received a text stating he left package with the office. Our office does not accept packages. It was on Saturday and I was unable to get a hold of anyone in the office until later that day. I was told they do not accept deliveries. We have a locked mailroom serviced by ***** for deliveries that do not require a signature but certified packages have to be delivered directly to the consumer. We are a large community with multiple buildings and the office we not be held responsible for any deliveries. I contacted ***** and they claimed somebody signed for my package. They sent me a copy. They refuse to accept responsibility for my missing package and have been very unprofessional.

      11-25-2022 I placed an order with ******, they had a guaranteed delivery date for 12-12-2022 that was going to be fulfilled by NSD. NSD hasn't responded with any information.       I was supposed to have a fireplace delivered on November 25 between 1 PM and 5 PM. I received the phone call on the Thursday before to confirm.A little after 6 PM on Friday, after it was supposed to be delivered, I called NSD to find out where my delivery was. She said the terminal was closed and I wont be able to have an answer till Monday or Tuesday. I have since called Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and again today, a week after it was supposed to be delivered. Most of the time, nobody answers the phone. When I do get a hold of someone, they tell me that the hub is either closed, or no one is answering the phone there. I still have no answer to when my item will be delivered that was supposed to be here a week ago. I even offered to go pick my item up from the hub. And they said I couldnt do that because they cant get a hold of anyone at the hub. I dont understand how a business can not answer their phones for an entire week straight.

      It was NOT delivered on 11/25. 
      I wouldn’t have spent three weeks calling to find out where it was if it was delivered on 11/25. And I don’t think your people would have been trying to contact the hub for three weeks either if it was delivered on 11/25. 

      Thankfully ********** has better business practices and customer service than you and they did refund me for the product
