      I purchased a large item on July 22, 2022. The item was expected to be delivered on Saturday, August 6, 2022. The item never came as a result to a truck breaking down. Redelivery was scheduled for Tuesday, August 9, 2022. The item never came as a result of not having a driver available. Redelivery was scheduled for Wednesday, August 10, 2022. It is now Friday August 12th and the item has been "out for delivery" for three days and now I am being told it may take until the 15th when the "scheduler" is back in the office (note it's 3pm ET on a Friday). I have no faith my item will ever arrive and believe I am getting the runaround.All emails were ignored. No phone calls were replied to. And the chat agent who is able to interact with you can only tell you something along the lines that they will contact "the terminal". "The terminal" does not seem to be responsive both internally and externally and is not available during business hours, weekends, or evenings and the single person responsible for scheduling seems to have a similar availability. There is no escalation procedure or credibility to the support they offer. The complaint form is not a form that allows for the integrity of the complaint to be maintained but a chat with a support agent. There is no confirmation or tracking number associated with this complaint form/chat. "Adequate" resolution on their part appears to involve only delivery of the item they've been unable to deliver.

      I purchased a TV through ****** on 07/17/2022 that was to be delivered by NSD. My package was initially scheduled to arrive on 08/01/2022 but I was notified it would be delivered early on 07/29/2022. My package has been at my local terminal since 07/27/2022. I paid $800 for this TV that has yet to be delivered. I contacted NSD through their customer service chat option & was told on 07/29/2022 that a request for delivery would sent to my local terminal & they would contact me within 24-48 hours. On 08/01/2022 I had still not received a call to schedule delivery so I contacted customer service again & was told my delivery would be expedited. I still have not heard a single word from NSD. Their customer service department is not helpful at all. They give you the run around the entire time. I was told I would receive a direct call from management regarding my complaints & have yet to receive one.

      I am rejecting this response because: My order was canceled due to NSD losing it. I still do not understand how a 75 inch TV just gets lost! & NSD has been absolutely no help whatsoever.

      The business NSD is a 3rd party business that does deliveries for *********** They delivered a shower door with shattered glass. They knew it was broken and stated they must leave it. We were advised to contact ********** for the return. ********** was contacted and the return process started. We were to receive a phone call from NSD for the pick up **************. After receiving no phone call for 2 days, we called them. The pick was scheduled from July 7th from 11:33am to 3:33pm. No call, no show. On July 8, we called NSD and only receive an automated message stating the pick up was the same again for July 8. Once again, no call, no show. We are not able to contact a live person to speak with regarding this return pick up. We go through the automated phone tree and are on hold for 15 minutes and then it states, we will call you back and it disconnects. I have been disconnected from NSD numerous times. We did call ********** and verified through them the return was to be picked up today. ********** will not refund the money until the shower door is picked up and returned. I know being in a small town with no ********** close by is a challenge, but this business gives you no way of chatting with a person. I sent an email and received an automated generic response. I tried to chat online and received no response at all. How hard is it for the company to call the customer and let them know when the pick up will be? And then actually show up??? So far, 2 days have been wasted and we are still out the money for an item that was delivered shattered. Any sugguestions will help. Thank you much.

      Ordered tile from ********** on May 28 2022. Delivered broken. Processed return via ********** on June 3 2022. I get an email from NSD saying they are trying to reach me. Use link provided which appears to initiate the return pickup from NSD. Also called NSD, which is an automated system, which says they will call to schedule the pickup. NSD never calls me. I have called ********** several times to re-initiate the return. NSD keeps cancelling the pickup. No explanation, but ********** claims that NSD tried to call me and cannot reach me. Ive verified via ********** that my phone number filed with NSD is correct, yet I have never received a call from them. ********** has not been able to help and I cannot reach anyone directly at NSD. ********** will not credit my account for the damaged shipment until NSD picks up the return. Its been 6 weeks and Im at a loss as what to do to get this resolved.
