      I ordered a bathroom vanity from ********** to be delivered originally on 11/08/2022. I received a call on 11/01/2022 from ********** stating it would be delivered the next morning on 11/02 between 8am and 12pm. I confirmed the delivery date and time. I was thrilled it was going to be delivered earlier than expected. I received a second call on that same day from NSD delivery also confirming same delivery date and time. I also confirmed with them. The vanity originally cost $1255.50. I got it on sale and with tax and shipping paid a little over $800. The vanity was to be delivered over the threshold of my home. I took the next morning off of work so the delivery could be made. I was informed that the driver would call me 30 minutes prior to delivery. I waited, and waited, and waited. I never got that call. I never got the delivery! I missed an entire day of work due to this!!! I guarantee there is no driver or anyone else with my contact number on their phone who tried to reached out to me on that day, or any other day, regarding my delivery. My order was never delivered! I live in a gated community with security cameras at the gate. My home also has security cameras. There are NO cameras showing any such delivery. NSD states they delivered it on Nov 2nd. No one came to this community from that company. They are on NO cameras here!!! I am certain no one from NSD can describe my homes' interior. **********'s app on my phone, and **********'s own system shows it is still in transit. Today is Nov 8th and so far neither NSD, nor ********** know where my vanity is!!! No one returns calls or follows up when they say they will. I am disgusted! I can't believe ********** would ever use a company to deliver their merchandise with as many complaints as there are on both the BBB and on the web about NSD! ********** always had a good reputation. NSD is making them look bad. I want to know where my bathroom vanity is!!! I want my bathroom vanity delivered!!!

      I ordered a leaf blower from *********** They used the service 'Non-Stop Delivery' (NSD) to deliver the package, which I never received. I opened a case with them to dispute, which they closed saying it was delivered with no other information. On the NDS website, it also says that I am supposed to get a 30 minute pre-delivery courtesy call, which definitely did not happen. I was home all day when they said it was delivered and checked within an hour of the supposed deliver time and it was not there. Looking at the other reviews of this company on BBB, it appears this is a common issue to which they just reply with a blanket response, saying that the item was delivered and no efforts to resolve. It is embarrassing that a company as large as ********** would use a delivery service with such an awful reputation.

      On 06/28/2022 I ordered a garage cabinet online from ********** to be delivered to my home address, after watching the tracking delivery date fluctuate from day to day. Then on 07/22/2022 the tracking indicated the delivery was made on 07/05/2022 I DID NOT RECEIVE THE DELIVERY!!! I then went to the local ********** store and showed them my problem. They were very helpful and I reordered the item to be delivered to the store for customer pick up and was advised that a report was issued and to wait to pay the card until the review was made by ********** to find out where my original order was. I was later informed by the ********** credit team that they found in favor of the delivery carrier which was NSD. NDS supplied home depo with a fake delivery report that said delivery was made on 07/05/22 at 10:30 pmI looked at my camera recording history and absolutely NO delivery was made also when I go on the **** **** site to look at the order history it shows a delivery date of 07/11/2022 a little discrepancy!Bottom line, I will pay the card because I dont want to hurt my credit for a mere $300 but I will never order anything from ********** on line to be delivered direct to my home AND I should ever trust NSD as a shipper, they LIE!!!

      On Aug. 31, 2022, I purchased patio furniture from *********. I received a shipping notification on Sept. 1. It arrived at the NSD terminal on Sept. 15. I began contacting NSD on Sept. 20 when I still had not received any contact to schedule delivery. Several different agents said they were sending my request to the terminal. No idea why I had to reach out to request delivery of items I'd paid a lot of money for 3 days later I've still yet to receive a scheduling call so I go to contact NSD again and see that delivery was supposedly attempted on Sept.22. Since no one called to schedule and no one called 30 mins in advance as stated on the tracking info, I reached out to NSD yet again. This time I was told that they were provided with an incorrect phone number which is odd considering that my phone number has been part of the verification when I contact NSD but regardless I have Hayneedle correct the phone number which they did on Sept. 24. Ive reached out to NSD twice since and still no call to schedule delivery of the items that have been in my city for 2 weeks now.

      I purchased an outdoor patio set who uses this company for shipping. The tracking info provided on their website states that the items have been received and have been at the local terminal since 8/15/22 at which point I should've been contacted to schedule a delivery. I have not been contacted and have tried contacting them multiple times but no one answers. The message on their recorded line states that someone will call you back and then it hangs up on you. I've emailed them several times and the only response I get is one saying that someone would be contacting me but no one has. It will be winter before I receive this outdoor patio item and I will not even be able to use it.

      NonstopDelivery, *** is the last mile delivery service used by ********** for large items. This is our 4th order involving NSD, and all have had issues.- website claims delivery is attempted, but no delivery was ever attempted - phone support will always hang up and never route to a person.- On prior orders, package pickup was never completed.Current order: ********

      I had ordered some items from a home improvement store and was told that they would be delivered by NSD between the hours 8 am and 12 pm on 8-26-22 had 2 installers waiting for 3 hours never showed. Was told by NSD they would be there between 7 am and 11 am on the 27th once again a no show and no calls and 2 people standing around. On the 29th of august i received a call from my son the packages were left beside the road no phone call no nothing. Has to be the worst delivery company I've ever delt with. ****

      I ordered a 3 piece rolling tool box from *********** July 13, 2022. The 3 items (1 tracking #) were delivered by ***** ******* TO NSD, the bill of lading was signed by ******. NSD delivered the top compartment and the side hanger.. 2 pieces. But never delivered the main tool box. NSD is not reachable. They give you phone numbers.. email, chat.. but they don't answer to any of those mediums. I'm out not only the main box, but the parts for the side hanger are INSIDE the main tool box. It appears to be a theft ring. If you look at the reviews, you'll see what I mean. ********** wasn't any help.

      I have a piece of furniture that was scheduled for delivery 8/7/2022. I was told I would get a phone call 30 min before delivery. I never received a phone call and when they showed up to deliver my furniture they never tried to contact me, they just left. Ever since then I have tried to call NSD almost every day to reschedule a delivery time and I can not get in touch with anyone I just sit on hold. I finally got in contact with someone on 8/16/2022 but she couldnt help me because the terminal was not open yet. I am currently pregnant and this piece of furniture is for our nursery that I need before baby gets here so its urgent I get it delivered asap.

      I ordered *** water line off of ******.com, they shipped it using NSD Shipping, my water line was supposed to arrive at my house on July 26th, 2022, but it didn't so I waited a few more days for shipping delays, and it still didn't arrive, I tried contacting NSD and have been trying to contact them for over a week and have yet to get ahold of anyone other than a robot. My delivery Status says that they tried calling to schedule my delivery but i have never received a single call from anyone regarding my order, they have cost me well over 1500 dollars from making me wait this long, i had a whole crew of guys waiting for this water line to arrive so they could work on getting it installed so they could get paid and feed their families and NSD shipping seems to not care at all, I eventually got to talk to one person over a chat feature on their website and they basically the only thing they could do is send a email and hope that someone calls me, and that they cant do anything else which is total crap. What's the point in having a customer service team if one they cant answer a phone, 2 are never there when you call because they put the wrong business hours on their website and 3 when they cant/ don't make the effort to even help you, the only thing I want out of this is my water line so i can get this job done, It has been over a month since I ordered it originally. I NEED THE WATER LINE LIKE YESTERDAY!
