      NSD lost a vanity cabinet for 2 months purchased through Home Depot. Home Depot refunded my purchase and cancelled the order with NSD. Two months later the VERY LARGE package shows up inside my condo building in front of my front door. Which is odd because normally they refuse to deliver anything to other a drive way or the "first dry areas". They are definitely geared to suburban deliveries not urban deliveries. Now I'm trying to get them to come pick it up as it's no longer needed and it takes 5 to 7 business days JUST TO SCHEDULE a pickup. They do not answer their phone, do no respond to e-mails and it takes 20 minutes to for them to respond to chat. Home Depot was nice about it but they have zero control once it is turned over to NSD. Avoid having them deliver anything AT ALL COSTS. Unfortunately, LOWES uses them as their delivery company as well. I would give them negative 5 starts if that were a possibility.
