      I ordered a wine fridge from Amazon in Seattle on June 26th. NSD took it from Seattle on July 1st. It got to Port Angeles, WA (2.5 hrs away from where it was picked up) on July 7th. It sat in their terminal in port Angeles until July 14 th and was suppose to be delivered by 5 PM that day. It never showed up! I tried calling them for a time of delivery from the day it left Seattle. They never returned any calls. There CHAT option is useless because they make all these promises of being called by the terminal manager and it never happens. This is not the fault of the chat room people but of the terminal manager that ignores them. We rearranged our schedule to be home when they arrived to no avail. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS, EVER!!! I will not buy anything that requires Amazon to use them ever again.

      Order a tv from Amazon who decided to use NSD for shipping. Expected delivery was the 19th. So I was excited when it was out for delivery on the 14th.
      Excited for no reason. NSD made a delivery...of someone else's items. I was to receive a single box with a tv in it. They placed two boxes on my porch of chest of drawers from Ashley furniture which was visible on the box. They scribbled on the paperwork and laid it on top of the boxes. It was in the yard when I got home. Said paperwork showed my information for a tv delivery. Clearly no tv.
      NSD, 22 years in business? How?

      I ordered a treadmill and learned it would delivered through NSD (Nonstop Delivery). The delivery company never contacted me - I had to call the company I ordered the treadmill through and they had to enter an escalation ticket. NSD finally called to set up the delivery a month after I ordered the treadmill. I paid for "white glove assembly service". The two individuals that showed up had no business unloading or assembling this treadmill. They were here for over 2 1/2 hours and when they were "finished" they said the company did not send all the pieces. In reality, they assembled the treadmill incorrectly and scratched the heck out of when they tried to assemble it.

      I am 7 months pregnant and ordered something through buy buy baby. I paid extra to have this put in a room upstairs and when the truckers got here they told me that they were not hired to do this by the company. I am not only INCENSED that they did a bait and switch but now I have no way of getting this upstairs. Avoid using them at all costs.

      You can not get ahold of them through the online chat, the calls, or the emails. Over the past few days, I have called numerous times and left my number to be called back. I have not heard anything. I have sent numerous emails with no response. I have yet to be contacted. I ordered cabinets through Home Depot and called Home Depot about the issue. They were no help at all and told me that I could cancel my order and place a new order!?! I already waited 5 months for this order…. I understand a delivery can be delayed, what I have a problem with is getting different information from different tracking sites or email and the complete lack of communication.

      I ordered brick veneer for a project that had been in the works for months and was scheduled to start on July 13th. The brick was ordered June 28th and shipped in June 30th with NSD. I don’t know how they call themselves non stop delivery. It appears they make numerous stops because over the course of 2 weeks, i still don’t have the product. The best part is that their own tracking information says it was supposed to have been delivered already. The tracking history showed the product just sitting in the terminal for 6 days. 6 days!!!! I chatted online with a representative who had no information. Tried to call the warehouse and got no answer of course. So thankfully she “escalated” the issue which means I’ll get a call from the terminal in 24-48 hours…days after my job is scrapped and I’m out money. Hardly an escalation. And do you think you can get ahold of anyone on the telephone?

      I ordered a large appliance from Home Depot who uses this delivery service. Getting the appliance was easy - what was hard was returning the appliance which was broken. Home Depot told me to contact this company for return. Once received they would refund.
      I have been trying for three days to contact this company. I was put on hold. I held on ten minutes until they cut me off, saying they would call back. They never did. Twice!
      I am out $500 because I can't return this item.
      Home Depot gave them an award for delivery service. My complaint will also go to them.
      They have my $500 and I have a broken toilet.

      Wish I could leave zero stars . Called two days in a row , after they ghosted me for a delivery and they literally just hang up on me .Emailed over and over . NOTHING. Still no idea where or when my 800 dollar product will be here . 10/10 for the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Beware when they’re the shipping company, honestly I wouldn’t even order if they’re the ones that will be handling delivery.

      Had a scheduled pickup of a fridge from Home Depot. Was informed my replacement fridge from another company was delayed so I reached out to NSD over the weekend via chat & email that there was no need to come & that I needed to reschedule. Then I get a call from driver who is now nearby. I tell him I cancelled the delivery. He thanks me. Then calls again about a different pickup I had cancelled with an NSD associate a week or more previously. I informed him that this was the same client & that all pickups had been cancelled. I then tried to reschedule through phone, emails & chat. I contacted Home Depot directly as I had bought the appliances through them. They also had no luck contacting NSD. So now I have to pack this thing into my truck & return it myself before the return window closes. ??????This company sucks

      It is truly amazing how horrific this company is. Lost, damaged, no contact, no updates... pure garbage.
