      I purchased a mattress from *********** and OnTrac was contracted to deliver. My order was delayed for two days. Today on the on the promised delivery date, I received a message stating that they could not deliver because they did not have an access code when I do not have a gate code or any kind of access restrictions. I live in a residential neighborhood and took off work to meet the delivery person. Instead, I received a notification after 6 PM that they attempted but did not have an access code. I have a ring doorbell and nobody attempted delivery today to my house. I believe that this is a total scam and have read multiple reviews with the same claims. When attempting to resolve this issue, I was forced to speak with a chat agent and they were very unhelpful only letting me know that theyve reported this, but my delivery will not be here for another one to two days. As a result, I am sitting here with no bed and wondering if it is actually going to come at all. To me either this company is a farce or your delivery. People are not wanting to work. Either way thats a major concern as I do not have my product that I was promised on Tuesday.

      This business should not be allowed to operate. Absolute thieves. They have stolen hundreds of dollars from us, and for some reason very large brands are allowed to use them.

      Literally worst company ever. Repeatedly doesnt even try to deliver my package just keeps marking as undeliverable even when I left instructions. Amazon delivery ***** sometimes too but at least there its easy to get some help or a refund. Here your package is stuck in limbo

      My package was never delivered and while tracking it, it sat at their facility for 4 days and later it said they tried to deliver it and recipient wouldn't except! Their drivers are so dishonest, a lot of times they put delivered 2 or 3 days before delivery! Worst delivery service ever and I definitely will be filing a formal complaint against this company!

      Had an order with target and ontrac was the delivery company to ***** They returned to sender for wrong address when address was correct so I figure it was an error somewhere. Replaced the order and again they have it as return to sender for wrong address. I contact target and they check everything out as correct. This delivery company just doesnt want to fulfill its duty. Dont use them!

      Every single time I have a package shipped via OnTrac, theres a problem. They cannot seem to find my address, despite the fact that every other delivery service ************ ****, ******) has zero issues. I always leave detailed delivery notes when I see it is coming from OnTrac, yet they repeatedly ignore them and put the package on hold for address verification.Their only customer service options are web chat or text no phone number, no real accountability. My latest package has been Out for Delivery every day for a week, only to get held again for address verification. And every day, I have to repeat the same directions to a new agent. It's clear they don't read previous notes or care about resolving anything.Ive started contacting companies that use OnTrac and letting them know I will no longer order from them as long as they continue to use this service. OnTrac is unreliable, unprofessional, and an absolute failure of a logistics provider. If your business values customer satisfaction, you should stop using them immediately.

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If I could get away with absolutely NO STARS, or NEGATIVE STARS, I'd put that on the rating!! They put my package ON TOP of a communal mailbox and left it!! I wasn't notified for almost a week, and when I did get a notification, the package was gone. OnTrac was no help at all! You can't get in contact with anyone. You call the **************** number, and IF you get through, they hang up on you. The other numbers that they have for **************** are disconnected. Their drivers are incompetent, thieves and liars! Their **************** agent, IF YOU CAN SPEAK TO ONE, are the same! They don't hold their drivers responsible for not only making it easy for thieves, but promoting theft or stealing the items themselves! What a worthless company! They have NO IDEA what the words 'responsibility' or '****************' mean... NOT ONE CLUE!! Thank you OnTrac for being a worthless business! I did delivery for over 10 years! NEVER would I have left something out in the open like that, NEVER!!!!! If you value your customers, use a different shipper. ******************** is as dishonest as it is worthless!!! Take it from somebody that actually knows the words '****************', 'accountability' and 'responsibility' for their actions.

      This carrier lies all the time. They say your delivery is delayed all the time, they say they attemted or bussiness closed and they lie . We have cameras nobody has come they are the absoluted WORST carrier ever. They cant call the local delivery terminal expect you to wait 2-3 days for them to investigate. Its a stall tatcic. Several of my vendor have dropped them and i as well have told other suppliers not to send my shipments with them. I dont know how they stay in bussiness!!!!!!!!!

      Package was never delivered. The tracking information states it was picked up from a facility at 3:49pm and delivered 3 minutes later at 3:52pm (not possible as the location of the pick-up facility was over an hour away from our home). The "proof of delivery" photo was just a red blurry box. Clearly a terrible company that likely puts too much work on their employees so they just mark things as delivered and probably dump them in the trash or keep for themselves. Getting in touch with someone from customer service appears to be impossible. I wish companies would stop using their services - it's a waste of everyone's time and money.

      I have consistently had nothing but trouble with ontrac; they need to rename themselves offtrac. Seriously though, they have NEVER delivered a package to me when they were supposed to. Why does ******* use them?
