      Despite their rather terrible reputation, they did very well for me. This was a ******* delivery in ************* of two very large boxes. Arrived as scheduled at 4 p.m. on a Saturday, and the delivery driver rang my doorbell, waited for me, and was very friendly, polite, and professional.

      Worst delivery company ever, holding packages hostage saying they need an Address Verification. They don't answer the phones, text messages nothing. Next time I'm ordering from ******.

      All shipments that *** had go through Instead have been lost once they arrive at OnTracs facility. Their customer service team does not respond despite promising a response within 24 hours. When you do finally get a response, they offer no solutions, but instead instruct you to take it up with the seller. However, they do not update their tracking, so the seller has no choice but to wait longer until they can claim it is lost.

      Horrible. They lie. Marked as delivered to my porch, yet no package. No one had been to my home after reviewing my security cameras. Can't get a live person to talk to. Now have to wait 2 days before I can either reorder or get a refund from the store I ordered from.

      I wanted to leave a 0 review Worst delivery why do they even take packages if they cant deliver them businesses need to stop using them literally the worst customer service ever. I have not been able to reach anybody to talk about my packages.

      I received a tracking number for a medication order but, when I last checked status, the order was listed as delivered. It was not delivered to me and On-Trac responded with instructions to contact the seller. I've notified the seller and requested a refund. My security system didn't capture a delivery at the stated delivery time and On-Trac's support hasn't resolved the mistake.

      Absolutely terrible experience with OnTrac. My package was supposed to be delivered on Friday, but for four days straight, they claimed they couldnt deliver due to security concerns. Thats a complete fabricationI was home during all of the supposed delivery attempts, and no one ever came by. I live in a quiet, residential neighborhood with no security issues whatsoever. What concerns could they possibly be referring to?When they finally delivered the package, they completely ignored the delivery instructions I provided. Instead of placing it in the package box at the end of the driveway or even by the front doorlike I explicitly askedthey left it in the rain on top of my garden beds in the middle of the yard. Not only was the box soaked through, but it was also covered in bugs by the time I finally found it.This level of negligence and dishonesty is unacceptable. I will be actively avoiding any retailers that use OnTrac as a shipping option moving forward.

      I would give OnTrac NO stars for NON DELIVERY On July 2nd at 6:15PM the driver used ONLY my street address, which is a strip mall with 15 different businesses, which all have a different suite #Postal Connection that handles my mail is *********** I am told VitaCost is once again using OnTrac for a replacement I tried to contact OnTrac at ************ to see what address is on the package this time, but # does NOT ring The Ai on OnTrac babbles incessantly

      If I could give no stars I would. I have had several packages over the last month. Except for one of them (which they damaged), ALL of them that have shipped with Ontrac have been delivered to the wrong address. The one damaged I had to reorder from the shipper. They sent it by *** thank goodness and it was delivered without issue. I have opened cases with Ontrac for all of the deliveries. Every last one has delivered to an address on 21st Manor instead of 21st street. The last complaint I filed on Monday, they said they would notify the local office to try to resolve the problem. Yesterday, again delivered to the wrong home. Mind you a $200 dollar package left on the wrong doorstep. They have had the nerve with each complaint to tell me that they have proof with a picture. Yes, but that picture is not my door. Going forward if a company is using Ontrac, I will not be purchasing from them. WORST ever! Total disregard for property we have paid good money for.

      My overall experience would be zero stars if that was allowed. This company delivered my package to someone else's door, with a picture of said door, clearly not mine; however, when I notified them that I had never received my package their "investigation" found that they had done no wrong because the package had been delivered. Didn't matter that it was delivered to the wrong place, didn't matter that it was missing, they noted that they had done their job and it was up to me to resolve the issue with the seller. If the seller is paying them to do a service and they s**** up the service why is it the seller that should be responsible? The customer service for this company was horrendous and their resolution completely unacceptable. I wouldn't use them if they paid me.
