      I placed an order with Ninja Kitchen, and unfortunately, they used ************************** Delivery Service. The tracking information has been stuck on "Out for Delivery" starting July 15, 8 days ago. Ontrac has no phone number listed, so the only way to contact them is through the website robot who gives canned answers. ************* has sent another one, but there's a chance that they will be using this same delivery service since it is one of the many they use. Ninja Kitchen was made aware of the situation, but it seems to me that they are not concerned. If the second one does not get to me, it's going to be refunded.

      My package was delayed for a week. I finally reached out to customer service and at ******* they responded to my email saying the package was delivered, check the latest tracking. Looks like someone manually updated the tracking to delivered right before they sent that email. There was no package, no proof of delivery. In fact it still said it was in a different city than my house, but somehow it was delivered? This is a garbage company.

      If I could provide a negative star I would. I had a package that was shown to have been in the local area for 10 days. I called this company twice to find out my package status. They told me 48 hours each time. Shortly after this, they said the package was delivered at 11:22 p.. this was a lie. We have cameras at our home that confirms this as well.The number to call for support does not work. Only a chat system where a person disconnected me twice.

      If I could leave zero stars I would. My package was sitting at the local warehouse, allegedly, for a week after expected delivery date. Everyday it would say that it would be delivered but it would not be. I reached out via chat (the only available means to troubleshoot) and they said they would get back to me within 48hours. They did not. Today they sent a message saying the package was delivered. It was not. I was home all day and i have security cameras. Basically same experience as everyone else has mentioned because this is a fraudulent company that should no longer be in business.

      This company has waaaay too many white drivers who allege to fear going into black neighborhoods to delivery packages. I am a disabled elderly woman who sat for 8 hrs waiting for my package, but because there were several minorities (disabled to) sitting in front of my building talking, the driver alleged to have had security issues with delivering my package when the security guard was sitting right next to me. This is disgusting and I live in downtown ********* in a historical building for disabled people. The **** showed no interest in doing anything or even re-delivering my package to me the same night even though 9pm was the final delivery time and the notification i received for cancellation came after i called to ask where my package was came within 2 minutes of my inquiry. Now I am forced to purchase another outfit after waiting for my original package, because the *** said well now you have to wait 2-4 business days after my call. They are sickening!

      I have lost over $600 with ontrac. They keep delivering my package to wrong address or stealing the packages and marking it delivered. This has happened to me 3 times. It is impossible to speak to anyone you can only text and the support blames you or doesnt help. This is the worst service ever and should be shut down immediately. They do not look at delivery instructions even though they are clear and continue to leave my packages somewhere other than my house.

      Terrible service. Terrible customer service. Lost my package. Didn't update package status for more than a week then stated it was delivered on a random date/time. I have a camera. There was no delivery. They lied. They take no responsibility. Unable to talk to a human about this. Submitted a claim. Took 3 days for "investigation". They said they couldn't find it in the warehouse, so, it was delivered.

      My package, which contained an expensive suit jacket and pant, was folded shoved in a small mail box. Totally unacceptable!! The suit, when I opened the package, looked like it was taken from a hamper due to the manner in which OnTrac carelessly delivered it by shoving it in a small mail box instead of delivering the package properly to the door step. The package snagged and ripped from the manner in which they jammed it into the mail box. In addition it was delivered late. This company and driver/delivery person was utterly careless and unprofessional.

      this delivery company is trash!!! They delivered 2 of my packages to the wrong address got a signature that was not even close to mine after giving specific instructions on my apartment complex and what door I was. After contacting customer service all they had to say was we confirmed the package was delivered! yes we know that to the wrong address!!! They do not care one bit horrible company!!
