      I have consistently had nothing but trouble with ontrac; they need to rename themselves offtrac. Seriously though, they have NEVER delivered a package to me when they were supposed to. Why does ******* use them?

      THIEVES, unreliable, no customer service. Lost my package after being scanned in their facility. Waited over 10 days for delivery to be told to contact seller..actual email to follow Thank you for your inquiry regarding 1LSCXM6R4708992. Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm control of your package at this time and apologize for the inconvenience.       They deserve zero stars. They have never successfully dropped off a package to my house. I ordered something vintage and irreplaceable and of course it never came. No other shipping service has had an issue finding my house. ************. I wont use any vendors who uses ontrac

      My order through ******* used OnTrac to deliver my items. The package never arrived. Contacting OnTrac customer service, I was told the package could not be located and to contact the seller for a refund. I do not understand how OnTrac can lose a package in it's custody and then say its the sellers responsibilty to issue a refund. My hope is that the sellers are getting their money back from OnTrac for their poor performance and customer service. After this experiance, I will not order from sellers who us OnTrac as their delivery service.

      Terrible service. I ordered a package through ********** and they shipped through ontrac. It was to be delivered on a saturday. Ontrac never contacted me and I spent an entire saturday wastes waiting at home for the delivery. Left that house at 5 pm to do my weekly grocery run that was already delayed because I waited all day for delivery. Now they continue to direct me to a robo chat rather than a real person. Called ********** to cancel and they tried to contact ontrac and of course "i guess they changed their business hours without notice because they didnt answer the phone, you'll have to call back tomorrow" my suggestion is if your retailer says shipping with ontrac tell them to cancel the order and donate that money to charity as either way you'll end up without your money and no purchased goods received, someone might as well benefit from it

      This company has continuously lied about delivering packages. Claimed they delivered at 11:47 p.m. - I literally went outside within seconds of the notice of delivery and NOTHING. This has now happened 3 times!!!! This company is STEALING your packages!!!

      If I could give no stars, I would. I had made a purchase from ********* who happened to use Ontrac as their shipping service. Out of all five of my packages, there was one that never got delivered nor apparently ever made it to the facility. It was a pair of expensive designer sandals. **************** just ran me around in circles. Eventually, I had to file and get a refund, deeming my package lost. Every other package, I could see where it was except for the pair of sandals supposedly, they never made it to the facility, but how come everything else that had ship was able to be tracked and delivered? Package stolen by OnTrac. Refuse to buy from any company that uses Ontrac now.

      This company leaves packages on random doorsteps and does not care. They tell you to contact your seller and get a refund. They even send you a picture of the wrong place they dropped it off. How is this company in business and how are sellers still using them??? The worst experience with a shipping company ever.

      ***** any company using this service. No one ever attempts to deliver my packages from them. When you talk to an online customer service *** they give you a runaround and nothing gets resolved and no one contacts you. They already returned one of my packages to the sender and have attempted the ***lacement 5 times. This is a scam!

      Very rude. Tracking isn't accurate. Miscommunication whoever tivia is. Don't know how to speak to people. Worst shipping company in the ************* need to be shut down
