      If I could give no stars I would. I have had several packages over the last month. Except for one of them (which they damaged), ALL of them that have shipped with Ontrac have been delivered to the wrong address. The one damaged I had to reorder from the shipper. They sent it by *** thank goodness and it was delivered without issue. I have opened cases with Ontrac for all of the deliveries. Every last one has delivered to an address on 21st Manor instead of 21st street. The last complaint I filed on Monday, they said they would notify the local office to try to resolve the problem. Yesterday, again delivered to the wrong home. Mind you a $200 dollar package left on the wrong doorstep. They have had the nerve with each complaint to tell me that they have proof with a picture. Yes, but that picture is not my door. Going forward if a company is using Ontrac, I will not be purchasing from them. WORST ever! Total disregard for property we have paid good money for.

      My overall experience would be zero stars if that was allowed. This company delivered my package to someone else's door, with a picture of said door, clearly not mine; however, when I notified them that I had never received my package their "investigation" found that they had done no wrong because the package had been delivered. Didn't matter that it was delivered to the wrong place, didn't matter that it was missing, they noted that they had done their job and it was up to me to resolve the issue with the seller. If the seller is paying them to do a service and they s**** up the service why is it the seller that should be responsible? The customer service for this company was horrendous and their resolution completely unacceptable. I wouldn't use them if they paid me.

      Package Delayed... no movement in over a week... I called Ontrac several times at first they assured me the Package was on the way.... then they sent me an email that they were unable to verify its location and I should contact the shipper. Then a week and 2 days with no movement I get a delivery notification. They said they delivered on a Saturday night at 1131pm. I have many cameras and no such delivery as made! These guys are criminals. Zero stars

      After attempts to deliver to my business outside the clearly stated business hours, my package was lost, although Ontrac says it is delivered. It happened just a week ago. Now I placed another order with another store and they again sending with Ontrac. And again I received notification about the order to be delivered today! On Sunday! I am having a bad feeling! And agent is not helpful.

      Zero stars is what they deserve. I will now ensure none of my shipments go through this company. The sellers that use this are very cheap and deserve the charge backs and loss of money if they are aware of the problems with the scam company and still decide to use them as a carrier. 2 of my orders from 260 sample sale arrived with the package opened and taped back with items missing. The last one was for 7 items purchased - opened my obviously tampered package and saw only 1 item. It puzzles me that a lot companies still rely on this horrible company. I wish them every thing that's coming to them because there is definitely a class action lawsuit brewing

      ************. Its unbelievable that sellers still use OnTrac given how rarely they actually deliver items. When they do deliver, their drivers literally throw the package at the door from the street, breaking contents. Zero help from OnTrac about it. When things are marked need access but the cameras show nobody even in the street trying to deliver to our very accessible home front door. Its a scam.

      all i receive is notification that could not deliver. All other carriers i.e. fed ex and *** deliver no problems.They should not be in service business since they don't provide service.

      ******** company, I have no idea how they are still in business scamming thousands if not millions of people. Ridiculous how this can be so widespread yet retailers still manage to choose them, this should not happen. If you see an item is delivered by them AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS.

      ********, scammy company. My package has been sitting at local warehouse since Monday because they needed "additional address details" of which no other company has ever required. I "confirmed" my address and have been told everyday this week my order is out for delivery yet it has not been. I believe it has been stolen by an employee- a $500 travel stroller system. They have no way of connecting you to speaking to a customer service agent on the phone other than texting, which in my experience is a 0/10. They give the same automated responses and offer to actual solutions into tracking down your package. Horrible horrible company that needs to be investigated.

      The absolute worst delivery company to deal with. They can never follow through on the simplest of delivery instructions. You can't call a direct number to get support, and the Chat support is totally incompetent.
