On December 12, 2024, I order a 1.5 dog collar that had a lead time of 3-4 weeks. I paid $79.78 for this product. I continuously checked the status of the product and it never changed. On January 17, 2025, I emailed the company about the product not shipping. They responded and said it will ship within the week, and they provided a tracking number. It is now February 16, 2025, and the collar still has not shipped. I would like them to finish the job because I do need the collar. If not, I would like a refund.Business Response

I placed an order with Bullrun Flag Embroidery LLC on June 13th ***************************** full the same day. Having ordered from them once before I knew their lead times were longer than advertised (approximately 2-3 weeks). I stopped getting updates on my order on July 18th 2024 where it say my order way packed but not shipped. I have since attempted calling the company who only has the phone accepting calls only from 11am-3pm Monday - Friday, however ever attempt to contact them by phone during these hours it only gives you a message that they cannot answer the phone and best method of contacting them is by email. I have sent an email to the business and continue to contact them by phone with no response. At this point I would like to prevent others from experiencing this and would either like my ordered products or a refund but you cannot get a hold of anyone at the business in order to remedy the situation.Customer Answer

I just saw an email from the BBB asking if the company has reached out to me since you have not gotten a response as well. I received an email response from them in late February, however they still have not resolved the issue since they only said they dont do phone calls and will look into the processing issue for the order.Initial Complaint

I bought a collar for a gift for Christmas for our dog. The site said 1-2 weeks processing. But after ordering I was told it would be 4 weeks and be delivered January *****. It still has not come. The company has said three separate times it was in the last stages of production. I want my money back. My dog has NO COLLAR. I paid for the shipping. They will not send my item. Purchased 2 collars. They were seperate orders. First order was placed 12/18/2024 for a total of ***** order number Order #*****. Second order was placed 12/28/2024 for a total of ***** order number Order #*****. Both have failed to arrive. Only reason why I ordered was that they had good reviews on website and ******. I would really just like my money back and hope this shuts them down so no one else makes this mistake.Business Response

I submitted an order for a custom embroidered dog collar on Nov 21, 2024, website states a 3-4 weeks turnaround turnaround time. I periodically checked the status of the order, the website shows a tracker for stages of supposed production. On Dec 19, 2024 I got an email with an assigned **** tracking number that remains in a status of shipment awaited by ****. I contacted customer service phone number and it states they are behind and to submit email on Jan 3, 2025, No response from business to date. I would like a refund.Business Response

I am EXTREMELY disappointedin the service of this company and their blatantdisregard for their customers' *************** order shown as of 12/3 was in pre shipment and **** was waiting for the package.12/9 I was told my order would ship that DAY.12/12 I was told it would ship within 24 hours.12/16 I was told it would ship within 2 days and be to me by ************ of today 12/19 my order is still in pre shipment and **** has yet to receive it.Mind you, I put it in this order on OCTOBER 27th. It has now been almost THREE months when the lead time was FOUR WEEKS.This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.I specificallywent with Bullrun ************ because of the 2" option and the Fi tracker pocket. Placed and order on 10/02/2024 with promised turnaround of 3-4 weeks. 11 weeks later my products have still not been shipped even though they were marked as shipped on their website on 11/20/2024. I've been in contact with them several times via email and they have always been responsive but provide false promise after false promise. They now say they've refunded my order but I still haven't seen that money returned. Ideally I would receive my order shipped expeditiously but instead theyve had my money for over 2 months with nothing to show for it.Business Response

I ordered a custom collar and leash early sept 2024. I received an email on 9/28 that the product was shipped. The tracking number shows shipping label created, awaiting item by ****. I waited 2 weeks. I emailed them on 10/11 for an update. No response. I tried calling voicemail says the email. Received a response 10/19 saying my order was ready and will be shipped Monday 10/21 and I will receive a new tracking number. It is now 11/5 and nothing has changed.Business Response

I placed an order for a dog collar on 08/20/24. I understood the website to say normal wait times 3-4 weeks. It has now been 11 weeks with no collar. I have emailed the company several times. They reply with excuses and comments that my order is in the final stages of production. I did receive tracking information on 10/10/24, but the tracking number never updates to shipped. **** states a label was created but not shipped. I was told on 10/24/24 that it would ship within 7 days, it still hasnt shipped. At this point I dont believe this company is legitimate. I would like the $73.38 I spent refunded.Business Response
