      My spouse ordered a collar from Bull Run Flag, and it took about three months to receive. Customer support was contacted after waiting 2.5 months- customer support reported that the failure to ship was an oversight and that they would be prioritizing the delivery. The collar was finally received 3 months after order and was good quality. Considering the overall quality of collar and accessories the seller had to offer; I recently placed an order and did not expect to wait long since the previous order delay was "an oversight." Well, after 2 months of waiting, I too sent an inquiry to customer service. Their response indicated that the collar would be shipped at end of week. That was not the case. It did ship about a 1 week later and on the day of expected delivery, it went from the destination area to a distribution center ***** miles away and has stayed there for 4 days with no updated ETA. I did some digging into billing and found that I was charged $9.99 for First-class shipping. Upon researching **** rates, I learned that the rate for first-class shipping was only $3.80 and the rate of $9.99 was for priority shipping. I expected that the seller was utilizing priority shipping given the extended delays to ship and amount billed to buyer. I sent another email to customer service to provide feedback on lack of transparency regarding shipment method and expected shipment time. I have not gotten a response. I suspect that the seller is buying these collars from outside the country, waiting for them to deliver, and then re-selling to buyers to make a marginal profit. I suspect these are not made in the **** and that the seller is fraudulently claiming so. I will not be purchasing from seller again and will advise others through social media and reviews to not trust seller.

      LOVE the collar i ordered well worth the wait! Have some patience, its a very very well made high quality collar. I will be ordering from this company again!!

      I ordered a customized collar and leash from this place before reading the reviews. After reading the reviews I was nervous. I reached out to them and they responded every time and were very professional and super nice. They told me that they work hard to make a quality product and they are a small family business. I can understand that and when I got my babys collar and leash I was more than satisfied! It took a while like over a month but it was well worth the wait! I will be ordering from here for my daughters dogs as well. Im impressed! Thank you bullrunflag!!!!

      Great collars, handmade in ******* by Americans. Quality takes time so place your order and relax. If you need a collar right now go get some made in ***** garbage and wait for your quality collar from bullrun you will be pleased with their craftmanship.

      I purchased a dog collar for Bongo an 85# APBT. The collar is very well made and worth the money I paid for it. And of course Bongo loves it and he looks good wearing it. Thank you *** ****** county ***********

      Stay away! I wish I had checked the BBB rating before attempting to do business with Bullrun Flag Embroidery. On January 29th, 2025, I placed an order for a custom dog harness and leash. By February 17th, I had heard nothing and sent them an email inquiring about the order. I heard back from the company 5 days later, where they apologized for the "delay". They stated that I would have a tracking number by the end of the week. On March 4th, I sent them another email after I received no tracking number. The following day, they apologized again and stated that I would have this tracking number within 48 hours. March 8th, I emailed them requesting a refund and stating that I no longer wanted to do business with them. The following day, they replied and stated they would issue this refund (which they did). They also stated that they were going to send this order either way, even after the refund out of "goodwill". You guessed it, they never sent the order out of "goodwill," and this was just another lie. I wish I could give this company a lower rating than one star! Not a good way to run a business at all.

      We are repeat customers and I have to say that the collars are well worth the wait. Our American Staffordshire Terriers love them. The quality is remarkable. Our boys out grew the second set we purchased that is why we got new ones. I would highly recommend these collars.

      Don't order from this shop!!I am owed a dog collar from them that I ordered almost 4 months ago. They continue to tell me my order is being shipped "today". They've been telling me that for a month. Nothing is happening. They do respond to emails (some of the time) but the answer is always pretty much the same. I even emailed them yesterday letting them know if I don't get an answer or see my product has been shipped I'd be writing this review. Obviously... No response and nothing has been shipped. Everyone beware

      OLD SCHOOL WORKMANSHIP WITH NEWER MATERIALS. It would be a 5 star review but making a quality product does take time. My only suggestion would be to adjust the banner delevery time at the top of the page. I CAN'T BELIEVE THE QUALITY WORKMANSHIP. Do yourself and you pup a solid and just order it and you'll be very happy when you see it on your pet!!***** Thanks *****

      I ordered my name tags on 04/24/2024 and still have not received the merchandise.
