      Want to start off by saying the collar is badass we love it will be back for more product from bull run only issue is the delay in shipping ordered on 5/11 delivered 7/5 said estimated delivery 2-4 weeks they kept in communication the whole time great staff and great people to work with

      I placed an order for 2 custom colors and 2 leashes. I seen some bad reviews on Better Business Bureau. So it made me skeptical so I got ahold of customer service..... They were very fast to respond...... They assured me my order would be on its way..... Told me he would rush it through. And all and all took about 2 weeks to Two receive..... Very good quality and heavy duty Which is good cuz both of my dogs are pushing *********************************************************************** the future.

      This company WILL take your money and you will not receive your product. They will send you an email saying so sorry we are behind but it will ship in the next week. It will not ship in the next week. It will probably not ever ship. They are a scam company. Do not buy from them.

      Terrible company! Do not order from here! Not only did it take 2 months even though I paid $20 for the express shipping, but I didnt even get the extra patches that I ordered for the collar. Ive sent many emails and tried to call many times and never got through to anyone ever! I ended up ordering a collar from Tactipup and was very happy with their products and customer service! Do yourself a favor and order from Tactipup instead!

      I paid extra for a one week rush delivery, but was emailed that it would take a month. I've called and emailed numerous times to get clarification and reimbursement because I needed the collar in a week. No response to my emails, no answer to my calls.
