      In todays environment, it isnt often that I have found where most companies, individuals or businesses have exceeded expectations. However, I am pleasantly surprised, delighted and thrilled with the product that I received from Bullrun Flag. This company is a family owned an operated business that has exceeded my every expectation. I found them to be friendly, courteous, kind and polite. I was kept informed of their progress with regard to my order as emails were exchanged. I will take quality over quantity any day of the week and twice on Sunday. The products at Bullrun Flag are made in *******. and are far superior to anything that I have seen on the market. However, be advised, this wonderful family receives hundreds of orders daily and are fulfilled as quickly as possible. Be patient and expect some delay in receiving your order.       I wanted the biggest, badest, most well-made, statement collar for my two yellow labs that I could find. After about 3 hours of solid internet/website research, I decided on Bullrun Flag. I was a little hesitant at first due to price, but you know the old saying.....and yes, I did get what I paid for. I feel like you could attach these collars to the end of a crane and move things around a construction site....they are so well-made and look amazing. The Reflective print and Airtag pockets are a nice touch. No, I do not work for this company and I am not being paid or compensated to write this, just really happy when you know you own the best of something after you have made the investment. I did pay a little extra for the expedited service and that all worked out just fine. They are very responsive to email and customer service.*******************************, **

      We received our dogs collar yesterday and it looks incredible. I am so happy with the quality materials used. We also got the matching leash and it is made just as well as the collar. I would highly recommend buying from Bullrun.

      Ordered a collar for my dog. 3 weeks went by with no update on tracking or order status. Sent a email got a response 5 days later saying they are finishing my order up and will ship out within 5 days . 5 days later sent a email asking the status of my order and got a response saying I will get a tracking # shortly. 5 days later still no tracking number or update. This dog collar better be worth the wait.

      The collar I ordered for my dog turned out better then I thought.My Godiva is a Pit lab mix, so she is strong and I wanted a collar to match that. I am very pleased with the color of it and the print on it turned out wonderfully. Thank you again for a great product.
