      It's been great doing business with Crutchfield.. I purchased most of the components I wanted for my new home theater from Crutchfield. Shipping was always prompt as promised and response to the couple of questions I had were quick and explanations very complete. I'm now working on replacing some old A/V equipment and everything will come from Crutchfield.

      **************** is fantastic. Technical support very knowledgeable and actually sent me pictures with diagrams. I will only shop for audio products from them in the future. I had to make several calls to tech support to help with my installation and they were phenomenal!!

      I have purchased a sound bar for my son for Christmas. *****, the tech representative, was excellent in helping to choose the right product for his situation. We have shopped with Crutchfield for decades, now, just because they have such excellent support. So when my computer popped a little sign up that said I could buy the product for $100 less somewhere else, I opted to stay with Crutchfield. I know they will be there with knowledge and help throughout the lifetime of my product.
