      First a great website. Everything you need is there. Lots of choices and good recomendations and possiblility to compare different units. Shipping was extremely fast. The given information on the website was so precise that I did not even had to get help from a technician but I am convinced they would be a great help and have all the answers. I may have some questions in the future but so far all is good. I bought the BOSS Audio Elite BE7ACP.X along with the AXTO-M1 Amp Wiring interface and the ***** bezel for my 2007 ********** Eclipse Spyder GT. I did not buy the *** interface as the Radio had the option of manually learn from my *** directly.I took the time to read and understand all the instructions and once the wiring was done I pluged it in the car and all worked perfectly. I even surprised myself ;) The result looks very professional.I will share my experience and recomend Crutchfield to my ************ Regards,Ren L

      Accessing the website was quick and easy. Super simplified, enter your vehicle information and it leads you through questions regarding your vehicle to match you with equipment for your specific vehicle. When you pick out your equipment, it offers you the additional parts and accessories, sometimes giving two options, a cheaper option and a more expensive option. Typically the more expensive option gives you the best items, where the cheaper option, will give you the basics to connect your equipment to your vehicle.Products came in box with packing peanuts, fairly well packaged, being in their individual boxes, inside the larger box.

      WONDERFUL company to do business with. Actual people answer the phones. Their 60-day return policy is more liberal than most. My product ******* R-N303 Stereo Receiver) shipped immediately, and I did not have to pay extra for shipping (via ***** Though I have not needed to use their technical support team (yet), I feel very confident that should I have any technical questions about my product, Crutchfield will be able to help. My only constructive criticism is that during my ordering process (over the phone), my information such as my credit card number and my e-mail address, were not ***eated back to me. When I did not receive my confirmation e-mail when expected, I guessed that an error had been made when my sales *** typed my e-mail address into the system. I called Crutchfield and my order came up immediately (it was tied to my phone number). I was right. There was an error in my e-mail address on Crutchfield's end. The error was corrected while I was on the phone, and I received my e-mail immediately thereafter. LOVE THIS COMPANY!

      Very impressed! Great selection, rapid shipping and quality products. The included adapters were a perfect fit and the detailed instructions were invaluable. The instructions even detailed which connectors and pins to look at to find the vehicle's wires. Well-done!

      Easy website navigation, exceptionally easy items that fit my vehicle perfectly. They made audio installation easy and they supplied everything they said they would.
