      I purchased 3 items online. One item showed as canceled because it couldn't be filled but when I called customer service they didn't know why. I didn't need one of the other items if they couldn't fill the entire order. My email order alert shows all 3 items available for pickup. My order history on my online profile shows only 2 items available - but neither is ready for pickup in store. I've not been credited anything. I've talked to a customer service representative who had no answers so she "escalated it up". I received an email asking about my order to which I promptly responded but never got an answer. Multiple calls in to the corporate office - waiting on hold for very long hold times. Poor customer service. This was my first and last order with them. Do not shop online with this company. They are incredibly disorganized, communication is terrible and customer service is non-existent.

      Dollar Tree comes in clutch for small items every now and then but I have come to learn they are not reliable at ALL. I ordered some items in bulk on their online store and they messed it up in every way possible! They sent wrong items, some did not arrive and they did not even talk to me before cancelling my order once I was concerned about all these issues. Will definitely not be relying on them for any future projects.

      dollar tree has the worst customer service i have ever seen. managers are allowed to ban a customer for having a disability(hearing impaired) and make a false report to the police giving a falsified reason for banning the customer and the corporate admin does absolutely nothing about it. on July 3rd 2022 i went to dollar tree ellensburg Washington. when i was finished and left the store and returned to my bicycle i am approached by an assistant manager with a phone taking pictures and a man accusing me of kicking his truck. and because i didn't respond totally friendly to this harassment. i was rude to the manager according to them. i was in the store shopping and no where near that truck. there was no mark or any witnesses or evidence what so ever to prove such a thing. there was a dent and i think the man was up to a scam of some kind and the assistance manager was assisting him by calling the police on me for something that never happened. so far no reply from headquarters. i am blocked on ******** and the regional manager has blocked my email address .....that is dollar tree for you....

      The other day I ordered few things from family dollar through instacart, not sure which family dollar the shopper went too, but, I've received expired ****** ****** original blend from May of this year, so, I message ********* and send a pic too, I throw it away
